    Abstract: 본발명은은이코팅된탄소나노튜브가함유된전기접점재료의제조방법에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는 (a) 탄소나노튜브를질산용액내에넣고초음파분산및 산처리를수행하는단계; (b) 상기 a단계를통해초음파분산및 산처리된탄소나노튜브를세척하는단계; (c) 세척된상기탄소나노튜브를염화주석과염산의혼합용액및 염화팔라늄과염산의혼합용액에순차적으로혼합한후 각각초음파를가하여주석과팔라늄을상기탄소나노튜브의표면에결합시키는단계; (d) 질산은수용액과암모니아수용액을넣어무색이될때까지혼합한다음상기 c단계에서제조된상기탄소나노튜브를혼합하는단계; (e) 글리옥실산수용액과수산화나트륨수용액을혼합한다음탈이온수로세척하여은이코팅된탄소나노튜브를제조하는단계; 및 (f) 은이코팅된탄소나노튜브와은, 구리, 니켈및 금으로이루어진군에서선택된 1종이상의금속이함유된합금을혼합하여분말혼합체를제조하는단계;를포함하는것을특징으로하는은이코팅된탄소나노튜브가함유된전기접점재료의제조방법에관한것이다.
