Abstract:
A device displays a plurality of selectable user interface objects that includes one or more folder icons on a display. The device detects a first input requesting to select a folder icon for a folder that includes selectable icons divided between a plurality of distinct separately displayed pages of a folder view. In response to detecting the first input, the device displays a first page of the folder view. While displaying the first page of the folder view, the device detects a second input that corresponds to a request to display a second page of the folder view. In response to detecting the second input, the device ceases to display the first page and displays the second page of the folder view.
Abstract:
An electronic device with a display and a touch-sensitive surface displays a user interface with a plurality of content units, where the content units are arranged along a first axis in the user interface, and a respective content unit is associated with corresponding metadata. The device detects a contact on the touch-sensitive surface and a first movement of the contact. In response to detecting the first movement of the contact, the device moves a first set of one or more of the content units perpendicular to the first axis in the user interface in accordance with the first movement, and for one or more respective content units in the first set of content units, the device displays metadata for the respective content unit adjacent to the respective content unit that was not displayed immediately prior to detecting the first movement of the contact.
Abstract:
A device displays a first user interface on a first display, including a plurality of objects and corresponding to a second user interface on a second display. While a first object is displayed as a selected object in the second user interface, the device: detects a first input requesting information about a second object; and in response to detecting the first input, displays information about the second object in the first user interface and maintains display of the first object as the selected object in the second user interface. After displaying the information, the device detects a second input selecting the second object. In response to detecting selection of the second input, the device: displays the second object as the selected object in the first user interface; and provides, to the second display, information that enables the second user interface to display the second object as the selected object.
Abstract:
A tablet device includes a display configured to present visual content, a sensor array configured to detect a status of a foldable flap in relation to the display, and a processor configured to operate the tablet device in accordance with the determined status of the foldable flap in relation to the display. In one embodiment, the processor receives a setting value and uses the setting value to execute an application in accordance with the determined relationship of the flap and the display.
Abstract:
Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for providing enhanced user interfaces and functionalities for internet radio applications are presented. In some embodiments, a computing device linked to a first user account may receive a request to share an internet radio station with a second user account, and the internet radio station may be defined based on one or more parameters associated with the first user account. Subsequently, based on modification of the one or more parameters, the internet radio station may be dynamically updated for the second user account. In some instances, the one or more parameters associated with the first user account may include information specifying one or more seed songs. In some additional instances, these parameters further may include one or more liked songs, one or more disliked songs, and one or more skipped songs.
Abstract:
A computer-implemented method for use at a portable multifunction device (100) with a touch screen display' (112) includes displaying a web page (3912) or portion thereof on the touch screen display (112). An activation of an options icon (3920) is detected. In response, a plurality of icons (3972) including a web-clip widget creation icon (3973) is displayed. An activation of the web-clip widget creation icon (3973) is detected; in response, a web-clip widget (149-6-1) is created corresponding to the displayed web page (3912) or portion thereof.
Abstract:
A computer- implemented method is performed' at a portable multifunction device (100) with a touch screen display (112). The method includes: displaying a voicemail setup user interface (3200F, 3200G) on the touch screen display (112), the user interface (3200F, 3200G) including a password setup icon (3246) and a greeting setup icon (3248); detecting a user selection of the password setup icon (3246); upon detecting user selection of the password setup icon (3246), displaying an input field (3249) and a key pad (2902); detecting a user selection of the greeting setup icon (3248); and upon detecting user selection of the greeting setup icon (3248), displaying a record icon (3250), a play icon (3252), and a reset icon (3256).
Abstract:
A user interface for handling multiple calls includes displaying an image associated with a first party on a first call and an image associated with a second party on a second call. When one call is active and the other call is on hold, the image associated with the party that is on the active call is visually highlighted to make it more visually prominent relative to the other image. When both calls are joined into a conference call, both images are displayed adjacent to each other and neither is visually highlighted relative to the other.
Abstract:
In one aspect of the invention, a computer-implemented method is disclosed for use in conjunction with a portable electronic device with a touch screen display. Upon detecting an incoming telephone call from a caller, a text identifier of the caller is displayed; an image associated with the caller is displayed; a call answer icon is displayed, which if selected by a user of the device, answers the incoming telephone call; and a call decline icon is displayed, which if selected by the user of the device, declines the incoming telephone call.
Abstract:
In one aspect of the invention, a computer-implemented method is disclosed for use in conjunction with a portable electronic device (100) with a touch screen display (112). A list of items (2800B) comprising missed telephone calls is displayed (5002). Upon detecting (5014) user selection of an item (2803) in the list (2800B), contact information (2800C) is displayed (5016) for a respective caller corresponding to the user selected item (2803). The displayed contact information (2800C) includes a plurality of contact objects that include a first contact object (2816), comprising a telephone number object having a first telephone number associated with the missed telephone call, and a second contact object (2818, 2820, 2822). Upon detecting (5018) user selection of the second contact object (2818, 2820, 2822), a communication with the respective caller is initiated via a modality corresponding to the second contact object (2818, 2820, 2822).
