Abstract: A composite comprises Aa) at least one first layer which comprises a mixture Ia, comprising a mix IIa consisting of a) from 1 to 95 % by weight of a solid III, preferably a basic solid III, having a primary particle size of from 5 nm to 20 .mu.m and b) from 5 to 99 % by weight of a polymeric composition IV obtainable by polymerization of b1) from 5 to 100 % by weight, based on the composition IV, of a condensation product V of .alpha.) at least one compound VI which is able to react with a carboxylic acid or a sulfonic acid or a derivative or a mixture of two or more thereof, and .beta.) at least 1 mol per mol of the compound VI of a carboxylic acid or sulfonic acid VII which contains at least one free-radically polymerizable functional group, or a derivative thereof or a mixture of two or more thereof, and b2) from 0 to 95 % by weight, based on the composition IV, of a further compound VIII having a mean molecular weight (number average) of at least 5000 and polyether segments in the main chain or a side chain, where the proportion by weight of the mix IIa in the mixture Ia is from 1 to 100 % by weight, and the layer is free of an electron-conducting, electrochemically active compound, and B) at least one second layer which comprises an electron-conducting, electrochemically active compound, wherein the first layer or layers and the second layer or layers are joined to one another by one of the two methods V1 or V2: V1) Lamination of the first layer or layers with the second layer or layers under the action of heat or pressure or under the action of heat and pressure, or V2 Corona treatment of the first layer or layers, the second layer or layers or the first layer or layers and the second layer or layers and subsequent bringing together of the corona-treated first layer or layers with the corona-treated or untreated second layer or layers.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing shaped bodies, preferably for a film-like shaped body, comprising the following steps: I) compounding and melt extrusion of a mixture (I) comprising a mixture (II) containing a) 1 to 95 wt. % of at least a pigment (III) with a primary particle size ranging from 5 nm to 20mm, selected from the group consisting of one electrochemically inert solid (IIIa), of a compound (IIIb) capable of giving off lithium ions when charged, and a compound (IIIc), capable of receiving lithium ions when charged, and a mixture of solid (IIIa) with compounds (IIIb) or compound (IIIc), b) 5 to 99 wt. % of at least one polymer binding agent (IV), and c) 0 to 200 wt. % of at least one softening agent (V) in relation to the overall amount of constituents a) and b), wherein the weight percentage of mixture (II) in mixture (I) ranges from 1 to 100 wt. %, and excluding mixtures (I) comprising mixtures (II) containing a copolymer consisting of vinylidene fluoride (Vdf) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) with a HFP content ranging from 8 to 25 wt. % as a polymer binding agent (IV) and a compound as a softening agent (V) which is selected from the group consisting of dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, tris(butoxy)ethyl phosphate, propylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate, trimethyl trimellitate and mixtures thereof.

Abstract: The mixture (I) contains a mixture (II) consisting of: (a) 1-95 wt.% of a solid (III) having a primary particle size of 0.01-10 mu m; and (b) 5-99 wt.% of a polymeric composition (IV) obtained by polymerising: (b1) 5-100 wt.% of an ester (V) made of a multivalent alcohol (VI) containing carbon and oxygen atoms in the main chain, and at least one molecule per molecule alcohol (VI) of an alpha - beta unsaturated carboxylic acid (VII); and (b2) 0-95 wt.% of a further compound (VIII) having an average molecular weight of ≥ 5000 with polyether segments in main and side chains. The weight of mixture (II) to mixture (I) is 35-100 wt.%.

Abstract: Relief plates and printing plates are produced by a positive-working process, using a photopolymerizable layer which contains one or more photopolymerizable, olefinically unsaturated compounds, one or more photoinitiators which can be activated by UV light, and a combination of a phenothiazinium, phenoxazinium, phenazinium or acridinium dye with a mild reducing agent which, on exposure to visible light, is capable of reducing the dye in the excited electronic state. The photopolymerizable layer is exposed imagewise to light having a wavelength longer than 450 nm, and simultaneously or subsequently exposed uniformly to light having a wavelength of from 300 to 420 nm, after which the unpolymerized areas of the layer are removed.
