The prepolymer (a) is obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate (a1) with a polyether-ol component (a2) with an OH number of 15-250 which is obtained by alkoxylating a mixture of diols and triols with a nominal functionality (NF) of more than 2.5; polyether-ol (b) is also obtained by alkoxylating a mixture of diols and triols. An independent claim is also included for a method for the production of PUR by reacting components (a)-(f) together as above.
