PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve having a simple structure capable of improving injecting characteristic of a fuel spray shape. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve has a valve part B for allowing fuel flow and shutting it off, and an injection part (specifically, an injection hole 21) provided on the tip end side of the valve part B and being opened/closed by the shutting off and allowing of fuel flow. In the fuel injection valve 10 for injecting fuel from the injection hole 21 and forming a fuel spray, an obstacle 80 (specifically, a wire 81) is provided for adjusting spray characteristic of the fuel spray. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the degree of awakening of a driver by changing the environment in cabin before the degree of awakening drops. SOLUTION: The preventive device for driving asleep is equipped with a sensing part 1 to emit a signal according to the operating amount of any object concerned, a navigation part 3 to emit the map data, a control part 4 to determine the operation amount on the basis of the signal given by the sensing part 1, compare the given amount with the first reference amount based upon the map data given by the navigation part 3 and determine whether the operation amount is smaller or not than the first reference amount, and an air-conditioning unit 5 having an air-conditioning unit 21 inside cabin to air-condition the front seat(s) on the basis of the set value of the wind quantity or the temperature inside cabin and an air-conditioning control part 5a to operate the unit 21 when it receives the signal from the control part 4, wherein the control part 4 is configured so as to be actuated when the operation amount is determined as smaller than the reference amount and give either of the signals to the air-conditioning control part 5a, the signal to raise the wind quantity above the set value or the signal to lower the intra-cabin temperature below the set value. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of organic EL device consists of a process, which carries out the temporary crimp bonding of an anisotropic conductivity adhesive tape 8 with a protection laminate 8a for connecting the terminal parts 2a and 2b with an external circuit on the terminal parts 2a and 2b, after forming a positive electrode 2 and the terminal parts 2a and 2b for external circuit connection on a substrate 1, the process, which after that, forms a laminate 5 as a luminescence part by laminating an organic layer 3 and a negative electrode 4 on the positive electrode 2, the process, which forms a sealing film 9 on the laminate 5 and the anisotropic conductivity adhesive tape 8, and the process, which after that removes the sealing film 9 on the anisotropic conductivity adhesive tape 8 by removing the protection laminate 8a of the anisotropic conductivity adhesive tape 8. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal cell is constituted by superposing both electrode substrates 10, 20 on each other via spacers and enclosing the antiferroelectric liquid crystals between these two electrode substrates 10 and 20. Both oriented films 13, 23 disposed on the side to be arranged with the liquid crystals of both electrode substrates 10, 20 face each other across the antiferroelectric liquid crystals 40. The rubbing conditions of these oriented films 13, 23 are set the same.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make matrix display of a high contrast by using ferroelectric liquid crystals having a distinct threshold characteristic. SOLUTION: Matrix display of a high contrast is executed by impressing erasing signals E1 , E2 , writing signal W1 , W2 , and a holding signal H on display pixels according to the threshold characteristics of ferroeelctric liquid crystals and maintaining the light transmission state of the display pixels determined by the writing signal W1 , W2 at the time of impressing the holding signal H. The contrast is improved by setting the pulse voltage impression time of the erasing signals E1 , E2 shorter than the pulse voltage impression time of the writing signal W1 , W2 . Further, since the liquid crystal does not substantially response even if the impression time of the holding signal H is set at the respond time of the liquid crystal or longer due to threshold characteristic of the ferroelectric liquid crystals, even if the driving circuit is made to be of simple constitution, the degradation in the contrast by crosstalks is obviated.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve which can facilitate atomization and evaporation of fuel injected from an injection hole, without increasing pressure of compressed air. SOLUTION: Gas is jetted toward fuel flowing through the injection hole from a gas introducing passage, and a shape of the injection hole 12b is formed gradually increasing its diameter from the upstream side to the downstream side. Thus, when the fuel flows inside the injection hole 12b, fuel pressure at the center is lowered, so that a cavity of a gas phase is formed at the center. This makes air flow into the fuel with lower air pressure than conventional fuel injection valves, allowing a liquid film to be thinned, so that the fuel injection valve can facilitate the atomization and the evaporation of the fuel injected from the injection hole, without increasing the pressure of the compressed air. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide discharge abnormality detection device of an internal combustion engine capable of highly accurately detecting the generation of smoking by discharge abnormality such as creeping discharge. SOLUTION: This discharge abnormality detection device is applied to an igniter having an ignition coil composed of a primary coil and a secondary coil, and a spark plug for discharging a secondary current flowing to the secondary coil. Among electric power stored in the primary coil side before discharge, surplus electric power P remaining when finishing the discharge is made to instantly flow to the primary coil as a detecting current I1K when finishing its discharge t3, t13 and t23 (a detection current control means). A determination is made on whether or not the discharge is abnormal discharge of causing smoking based on the magnitude of the detecting current I1K (a discharge abnormality determining means). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in the cutoff effect of combustion gas even if maintenance is repeated, in a sealant for forming a cutoff structure of the combustion gas in the vicinity of a nozzle port 16, in an injector. SOLUTION: In this injector, a Teflon ring 29 (Teflon (R)) has an annular body 43 rather installed in an annular shape on the outer periphery on the tip side of a valve body 20. The annular body 43 closes a clearance 19 by being deformed to the outer peripheral side together with starting of an engine, and opens the clearance 19 when stopping the engine. Thus, since the outer periphery of the annular body 43 when stopping the engine forms the clearance 19 between an inner wall surface 18 of an installation hole 3 and itself, when removing the injector, risk of damaging the inner wall surface 18 by the annular body 43 is reduced. Even when installing the injector, the risk of damaging the inner wall surface 18 by the annular body 43 is reduced. Thus, even if the maintenance is repeated, since the risk of damaging the inner wall surface 18 is reduced, the cutoff effect of the combustion gas by the annular body 43 is not reduced.
