Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of dusts by eliminating the fixed contact of a hearing by carrying out the control for stop after maintaining the low revolution speed once when a pump is brought into stop from the high speed revolution, in the constitution in which a spiral group dynamic pressure bearing consisting of a ceramics molded body is provided. CONSTITUTION:A vane wheel 12 is revolved by the power of an electric motor 6 through a magnetic shaft coupling having the driving and driven magnets 9 and 11, and the vane wheel 12 is rotatably supported by slidingly attaching a thrust disc 15 fixed onto the back surface of the main plate 13 of the vane wheel 12 onto a thrust pad 16 fixed onto a casing cover 3 and slidingly attaching a thrust disc 18 fixed onto the side plate 17 of the vane wheel 12 onto a thrust pad 19 fixed onto the inner edge of a suction port 1a. Each bearing member 15, 16, 18, and 19 is made of ceramics molded member. When the pump is brought into stop from the high speed revolution, the electric motor 6 is controlled so that the operation keeping the low speed revolution is carried out and then brought into stop.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To continuously and promptly cool a plurality of containers, by arranging a continuous transfer means and a cool air-blowing-out means for containers and by feeding a plurality of containers from a charging opening of a freezer and discharging required numbers of the containers from another discharging opening. CONSTITUTION:Respective jugs J placed on a conveyor C from a charging opening 1 are transferred continuously by the guide of respective guide walls G and cooled effectively by blowing of cool air due to respective fans 21 on the way. When the first jug J reaches the end of the path, it abuts against the stopper 22 by a holding lever 24 and stops. When the corresponding button to required numbers of jugs is pushed, a solenoid 25 is energized and a hook 24b of the holding lever 24 relieves the connection of a pin on the lower face of the stopper 22 and the first jug J reaches the discharging opening 2, pushing a discharging door 1. The solenoid 25 is relieved by a sensor detecting the revolved angle of the stopper 22 after its proceeding by an angle corresponding to required numbers of jugs J and the holding hook 24b returns to the preventing position of revolutions of the stopper.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make stop and release smooth and reliable in a gate mechanism of a conveyor or the like by disposing a stopper plate made of a disk with its outer circumference formed with arcuate recesses of a radius smaller than the radius of a cylindrical body on a base plate capable of advancing and retracting elastically relative to a travel path and controlling it by means of an external signal. CONSTITUTION:A hook 7a of a restraint lever 7 engages with a bolt head portion 6of a stopper plate 3 projecting by a maximum limit from an opening Ga of a guide wall G into a travel path to make the stopper plate 3 immovable. A cylindrical vessel B transported by a conveyor C comes into contact with an end 3a of an arcuate portion 3b of the stopper plate 3 and stops. When a solenoid 12 is urged by a control signal to retract the restraint lever 7 and release the bolt 6, the stopper plate 3 is rotated by the conveyor C and by the vessel B being urged forward so that the vessels B are passed through in succession. This arrangement makes the stop and release smooth and reliable.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize running by connecting an impeller made of a heat resisting material to a rotor, supporting rotatably both ends of the rotor on spiral groove radial dynamic pressure bearing sections and attaching a cooling pipe to the interior of a fixed shaft. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 10 made of a heat resisting material and provided on a fixed shaft 1 is connected to a rotor 2 both ends of which are supported rotatably by spiral groove radial dynamic pressure bearings 12, 13 and a cooling pipe 6 is provided in the fixed shaft 1. Thus, even if high temperature gas at the intake side and a motor 4 generate heat, the motor 4 can remove the heat inside the rotor 2 to intensity the cooling action to prevent temperature rise in the motor 4, so that the reduction of the magnetic property of the motor 4 can be prevented and thereby the motor 4 can be stably run.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent gas to be handled from being mixed with steam of lubricating oil and seal liquid without needing lubricating oil by providing a spiral groove dynamic pressure bearing for making a radial bearing and thrust bearing of fluid for generating gas dynamic pressure. CONSTITUTION:When an impeller 10 starts its rotation, gas handled to be sent in a gas between a fixed side thrust receiving surface 23 and a rotary side thrust receiving surface 22 of the rotary side of a sleeve 11 at the end of an intake port 6 side is pushed to the center side by the action of a spiral groove to generate dynamic pressure and support a thrust directed to protrude the impeller 10 to the intake 26 side. On the other hand, a portion of the discharge side handled gas emerging from the impeller 10 enters the rear face side of the impeller 10 to generate the dynamic pressure and give a thrust directed to push the impeller 10 to the rear surface side.

Between respective both end faces, perpendicular to the shaft, of each impeller group and the side face of a cap 60 fixed against the element 3 to 6 respectively facing to the both end faces in axial direction, thrust dynamic pressure bearings are also provided, which are formed by thrust collars 61 to 70 made of seramic provided with spiral grooves respectively. Respective stage impeller groups thereby can take an optinal rotating speed respectively and a stable operation becomes possible without allowing a motor to continuously run under an abnormal overload.

Thus, the rigidity of the fluid film on dynamic pressure bearing parts can be increased, and even the load for a larger thrust force can be supported in the state of non-solid contact.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a loss in a bearing part, by respectively providing a spiral groove dynamic pressure thrust bearing between a rotor and an impeller and a spiral groove dynamic pressure radial bearing in a main shaft in a side of the rotor opposite to the impeller. CONSTITUTION:A pump forms a thrust bearing 11 and a radial bearing 12 between an impeller 4 and a rotor 1 and a terminal end side radial bearing 13 in a side opposite to the impeller all as the spiral groove dynamic pressure bearing which forms a groove for generating a dynamic pressure. The pump forms a groove 18 in the radial bearing 13 and a groove 28 in the thrust bearing 11 into a spiral shape, and the pump, as far as it rotates, supports a rotary unit by a fluid film. Accordingly, a loss in a bearing part can be reduced very small.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress swing of a rotor and prevent the working fluid oil from pyrolysis by furnishing a thrust dynamic bearing with spiral grooves of flat plate at the top of the stationary center shaft of a pump. CONSTITUTION:A thrust dynamic bearing 8 consisting of a base member 6 of ceramic flat plate, a thrust receiving member 7 having spiral grooves for generation o dynamic pressure, and a hard small ball 29 for center retention is provided at the top of a stationary shaft 4, and a rotor 11 is put in the form of an inverted cup and supported rotatably shaft 4, and a rotor 11 is put in the form of an inverted cup and supported rotatably round vertical shaft 4. Working fluid oil for this dynamic pressure bearing 8 is refilled through an oil supply hole 23. When current is supplied to a stator 13, the rotor 11 rotates, but because of being supported at its top by the thrust dynamic bearing 8, it is kept stable by the effect of balancing toy. In addition, the flat plate thrust dynamic bearing 8 with spiral grooves has compensating effect to modify swings of rotary shaft in the vertical direction, which should further prevent swinging. Because the dynamic pressure bearing 8 is in contactless rotation, it is free from heat emission to prevent the working fluid oil from pyrolysis, which should suppress drop of the degree of vacuum.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress a lubricant from generating its dissolved gas and to easily attain a high vacuum, by providing a thrust/radial bearing part to be arranged in the intermediate part of a motor shaft and an end part of the motor shaft to be arranged being fitted to a fluid sealed chamber. CONSTITUTION:Stationary blades 2 are provided in multiple stages in the axial line direction in a casing 1. While moving blades 4, provided in the periphery of a rotor 3, are rotatably provided through a motor shaft 5. And a pump provides a thrust/radial bearing part, which comprises a thrust receiving member 7, radial receiving member 9 and a supporting member 8 provided being opposed to these thrust receiving member 7 and radial receiving member 9, to be arranged in the intermediate part of the motor shaft 5. Further the pump arranges an end part of the motor shaft 5 to be inserted and fitted to a fluid sealed chamber 10. In this way, the pump enables a lubricant to be suppressed from generating its dissolved gas further a high vacuum to be easily attained.
