PURPOSE: A medium access method for multicast broadcast service is provided to shorten the channel change time of multicast broadcast service. CONSTITUTION: Media data per each channel divides into a base layer(410) and at least one improvement layer(420). A broadcasting media data of each channel comprised of the basic layer and at least one improved layer is transmitted by included within a transmission interval of the corresponding channel. Not only broadcasting media data of each channel but also media data for a channel change is transmitted together. The media data for channel change includes basic channels of all channels.

A method for interpolating a sub-carrier at an MIMO-OFDM(Multi-Input Multi-Output Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) according to a channel change rate is provided to reduce a bit error rate in comparison with an interpolation method to uniformly determine a position of the sub-carrier regardless of the channel change rate. A method for interpolating a sub-carrier at an MIMO-OFDM according to a channel change rate includes the steps of: determining an interval between adjacent sub-carriers by using a first cost function to determine the sub-carrier fed back according to the channel change rate at a receiving stage(S10); and determining the position of the sub-carrier as a greatest feature value at the noise power and a channel matrix by using a second cost function guided by determining a pre-code matrix at the receiving stage.

PURPOSE: A system for controlling an interface between base stations is provided to share cooperation information about neighboring base stations, thereby reducing inter-cell interference about a terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a serving base station and a cooperation base station neighboring the serving base station applied a first cooperation interference technique, a control unit(620) calculates an EDRI(Expected Data Rate Improvement) of a terminal. A transmission unit transmits the EDRI to the serving base station of the terminal. A receiving unit(610) uses the EDRI to receive data based on a first or a second cooperation interference control technique.

PURPOSE: A control system for MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) service support is provided to select efficient service area or base station according to the configuration scenario of a service net for broadcasting of multimedia service and multi transmission in a cellular system, thereby providing a MBMA service to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(310) transmits a MBMS service request message to a first base station. Based on the MBMS service request message, a receiving unit(330) receives MBMS data from the first base station. In other words, the receiving unit receives MBMS data from a second base station(350) neighbor to the first base station. A handover execution unit(320) performs handover from the first base station to the second base station.

A method and a system for operating cooperative-receiving diversity, and a method and a system for selective and cooperative communication are provided to adopt a selective standard by considering the efficiencies of both a performance improvement effect and a radio resource allocation. An MS(Mobile Station) and an RS(Relay Station) measure the channel quality(S810), and reports the channel quality measurement information to a BS(Base Station)(S820). The BS determines whether or not the MS is a terminal for direct transmission or cooperative relaying(S830). If the MS is for cooperative relaying, the base station calculates an equivalent burst transmission rate(S840). The BS selects one of cooperative communication methods(S850).

A device to device (D2D) communication method based on a partial device control is disclosed. According to the present invention, the D2D communication method and, particularly, to a partial device control method for D2D communication a relates to, and provides a D2D resource allocation and release method, a D2D HARQ process operating method, a link adaptation method comprising D2D link power control and adaptive modulation and coding (AMC), a D2D control information signaling method, a CSI reporting method for D2D communication, and contents of a CSI report. The present invention can enhance the advantages of and compensate for the disadvantages of both methods through the combination of a base station control a base station control type D2D communication method and a device control type D2D communication method.

Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving control information. The method for transmitting control information according to the present invention, in a mobile communication system in which a control channel region and a data channel region are separated from each other, comprises the steps of: determining a control channel resource for transmitting control information by means of the data channel region; and transmitting the control information using the determined control channel resource. According to the present invention, a capacity for control information, which increases for multiple user multiple-input multiple-out (MIMOs) in a heterogeneous network environment, for heterogeneous network interference control using carrier aggregation, for frequent use of a multicast-broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) subframe, and for a CoMP transmission control, may be satisfied. Further, an adaptive resource allocation based on a requested capacity for control information may be enabled, and the efficient utilization of resources may also be enabled.
