    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a refrigerator freezer in which unnecessary frosting is eliminated and defrosting is executed as required without lowering a cooling capacity of the refrigerator and which has energy conservation by detecting the humidity in the refrigerator, obtaining the frost amount on an evaporator based on its detected result by calculating and defrosting with suitable frost amount. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator freezer comprises means 17 for detecting the humidity in the refrigerator, means 16 for calculating a frost amount according to the detected result of the detecting means, and defrost control means 14 for defrosting when the frost amount on an evaporator becomes a suitable amount, wherein the frost amount is calculated by the means 16 according to the detected result of the detecting means, and the means 14 is so driven as to defrost when it becomes the suitable frost amount.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To finely control the temperature of a freezer-refrigeration for freezing and chilling food. CONSTITUTION:In each of the compartment and the refrigeration compartment there are provided a temperature increase-calculating means 32 and a temperature decrease time-measuring means 33 for measuring respectively the degree of the increase of temperature in the compartment and the time taken for the temperature to decrease. There is provided also an outdoor temperature- detective means 31 for detecting the outdoor temperature. A fuzzy inference processor 35 performs fuzzy logic operation on the basis of the degree of the increase of temperature, the time taken for the temperature to decrease, and the outdoor temperature and according to control rules extracted from a memory 34; a decrease by which the set temperature is to be lowered is obtained; on the basis of the result a calculating means for the temperature to be set 36 adjusts the set temperature. The compressor, fan, and a motor-operated damper are controlled accordingly.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform a defreezing controlling operation for defreezing frozen foods in response to a weight and a size of the foods. CONSTITUTION:At a first fuzzy inference processor 60, a fuzzy logic calculation is carried out in response to a first stage time, a second stage time and a control rule taken out of a first memory 61 by a time memory means 58 for storing a first stage time where an electrical energization of a radiation heater 31 is increased up to a predetermined temperature by a defreezing chamber temperature sensor and by a time memory means 59 for storing a temperature of the defreezing chamber temperature sensor upon completion of a second stage and then a rate off electrical energization at a third stage is calculated and then the radiation heater 31 at the third stage is controlled in response to this result of calculation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a control device for a refrigerator which eliminates increased power supply induced by a temperature rise in foodstuffs resultant from the shortage of precooling or an excess in precooling by carrying out precooling directly prior to defrosting operation, responding to a thermal load of foodstuffs in the refrigerator which stores foodstuffs. CONSTITUTION:An inside temperature is detected with an inside temperature direction means 21. When a compressor operation time estimated timer 22 reaches a setting time, a first cooling temperature detection means 31 detects a drop temperature to be cooled within an actuation time of a cooling time setting timer 32 from the inside temperature reaches a reference value of a second reference circuit 25. From the drop time and the open air temperature detected with the open air temperature detection means 30, fuzzy logical operation is carried out by means of a fuzzy inference processor 33 based on a control rule fetched from a first memory 34 so as to decide a precooling end time. Then, the precooling end time is set with a first precooling end temperature setting means 35.
