    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a controller of a freezer/refrigerator which achieves a larger capacity of preserving food by controlling ON-OFF time of a compressor to the optimum to match a load value within a storage to keep a temperature distribution constant in the storage of the freezer/refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is provided with an internal temperature sensor 19 of a freezing chamber, an internal temperature detection means 20 of the freezing chamber to detect the temperature in the freezing chamber and a stable condition judging means 32 of the freezing chamber to judge stable condition of the freezing chamber. Moreover, a compressor ON time timer 33 is provided to calculate an existing load value in a storage from ON time of a compressor 17, a freezing chamber temperature difference setting means 35 to set a difference between temperatures in the starting and stopping of the compressor 17, an internal temperature judging means 21 of the freezing chamber to judge whether the temperature in the storage is within a range of a set temperature and a compressor control means 22 to control the compressor 17.

CONSTITUTION:The controller for a freezing refrigerator comprises calculating means 23 for calculating temperature rising degrees of a freezing chamber, a cold storage chamber, atmospheric temperature detecting means 25, and temperature difference calculating means 24. A fuzzy inference processor 27 fuzzy logically calculates based on a temperature rising degree, an atmospheric temperature, a temperature difference and a control rule output from a memory 26, obtains a lowering width of a set temperature, and set temperature calculating means 28 regulates the set temperature based on it. A rotating speed of a compressor, a rotating speed of a fan, switching of a motor-driven damper are controlled according to its result.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a controller for a freezing refrigerator for reserving food, in which precooling immediately before defrosting is effected in accordance with the heat load of the food in the refrigerator to eliminate the temperature rise of the food due to the shortage of precooling or the increase of electric power consumption due to excessive precooling. CONSTITUTION:The inside temperature of a refrigerator is detected by an inside temperature detecting means 21 and when the setting time of a compressor operating time accumulating timer 22 has been finished, a cooling time from the reference value of a second reference circuit 25 to the reference value of a fourth reference circuit 32 is measured by a cooling time measuring means 31. Fuzzy logical operation is effected by a fuzzy reasoning processor 33 from the measured cooling time and an atmospheric temperature detected by an atmospheric temperature detecting means 30 based on a control rule taken out of a memory 34 whereby a precooling temperature is decided and the precooling temperature is set by a cooling temperature setting means 35.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a controller for a freezing refrigerator, which is capable of effecting the optimum temperature control when foods are desired to be cooled quickly upon filling a refrigerator with foods or sudden visit of guests in summer, for example, in the freezing refrigerator provided with a freezing chamber capable of freezing and storing the foods. CONSTITUTION:An ambient temperature operating means 26 is provided to operate the changing degree of the ambient temperature of a freezing chamber from a door opening period of time, an atmosphere temperature and an inside temperature. Further, a load operating means 28 is provided to operate the amount of load of foods (temperature of foods X heat capacity) in a freezing chamber from the inside temperature and the changing rate of the inside temperature and operate further the fluctuation (the increase and/or decrease of the amount of load) of load. Fuzzy reasoning operation is effected by a fuzzy reasoning processor 30 based on the amount of load, the fluctuation of the load, the changing degree of the ambient temperature and a control rule taken out of a memory 29 to operate a fan motor and a compressor.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a control device of a freezer and a refrigerator for use in storing foods in which some problems such as keeping a constant pre-cooled state in the freezer and refrigerator just before starting a defrosting operation, for example, and exerting a bad influence on the foods due to overcooling or lack of cooling are resolved and a fine defrosting control can be carried out. CONSTITUTION:A thermal load calculation means 25 is provided so as to calculate the thermal load (the food temperature x the thermal capacity) within a freezing chamber according to the temperature within the freezing chamber and a rate of variation of temperature within the freezing chamber. A calculation means 28 for use in calculating an amount of frosting is provided so as to calculate the amount of frost adhering to an evaporator according to the surrounding air temperature and the operation integrated time of a compressor. In addition, a calculation means 30 for calculating the frequency of opening or closing of the door is provided so as to calculate the frequency of opening or closing of the door. In a fuzzy inference processor 32, a fuzzy deduction calculation is carried out in response to an amount of load, the amount of adhering front, the frequency of opening and closing of the door and a control rule taken out of a memory 31 and then a pre-cooling time and a defrosting time are calculated.

CONSTITUTION:The temperature in the subject refrigerating refrigerator is detected by a temperature sensor 21, and when a cumulative time counter 22 for the operation of a compressor counts a set time, the cooling time from the standard value of a second-standard circuit 25 to the standard value of a fourth standard circuit 32 is measured by a cooling time measurement means 31. From this cooling time and the ambient temperature detected by an ambient temperature sensor 30 a fuzzy-theoretical calculation is carried out based on a control rule taken out from a memory 34 by a fuzzy inference processor 33 to determine the time of precooling and precooling time is set by a time setting means 35 for the timer.
