Abstract: PURPOSE:To heat can drink with various diameters without increasing the loss of a power switching semiconductor by providing a diameter deciding circuit, which detects the diameter of the can drink on the bottom surface side of the can drink, and switching the capacity of a resonance capacitor according to the output of the circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a commodity sale switch 18 is pushed and a sale signal is inputted to a control circuit 17, can drink 2 is put into a heating coil 1. At such a time, a diameter deciding circuit 20 decides whether the can drink 2 in the heating coil 1 is can drink 2a of phi53mm or can drink 2b of phi66mm, for example. In the case of the can drink 2a, the light of a light emitting diode LED is reflected and accordingly, a phototransistor TR is conducted. Then, a contact 24 of a changeover switch is turned OFF and the capacity of a reso nance capacitor 3 becomes only the value of a resonance capacitor 25. In the case of the can drink 2b, the light of the light emitting diode LED is not reflected and accordingly, the phototransistor TR is not conducted. Then, the contact 24 of the changeover switch is turned ON and the capacity of the reso nance capacitor 3 becomes a value adding resonance capacitors 25 and 26. Thus, the satisfactory induction heating is executed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion of a temperature for can-packed drink at sales time by reducing the change of a heating output affected by the change of an input voltage. CONSTITUTION:The input voltage of a voltage type resonance inverter circuit 6 detected by an input voltage detecting circuit 21 is corrected by plural specified various correcting circuits 22a-22n and a corrected characteristic is selected by a selecting circuit 23. The output of the selecting circuit 23 is added to the output of an input voltage detecting circuit 11 by an adder 24 and an input current is controlled by an oscillation control circuit 18 so that the output of the adder 24 can be made same as the output of a reference voltage circuit 15. Accordingly, when the input voltage is high, the input current is controlled to be small and when the input voltage is low, the input current is controlled to be large and approximate to an input current characteristic for which the heating output is fixed. Then, the change of the heating output affected by the change of the input voltage can be eliminated. Thus, the dispersion of the temperature for the can-packed drink at the sales time can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to sale also high viscosity can drinks such as soup and 'SHIRUKO' (adzuki-beans sweet soup) having slow convection by correcting the output of a high frequency power converter in accordance with the temperature of a can wall and correcting a heating time in accordance with the corrected output. CONSTITUTION:Since the convection of the contents of a high viscosity drink can such as a soup and 'SHIRUKO' is slow and the can wall temperature is abnormally raised, the can wall temperature is detected by a can wall temperature detecting means 8 and the output of the high frequency power converter 4 is corrected by an output control means 10 so that the can wall temperature is suppressed less than a prescribed temperature. Since the heating time should be also corrected to raise the can drink up to the prescribed temperature due to the change of an output, an output signal from the means 10 is inputted to a heating time control means 11 to correct the heating time. The output of the converter 4 and the correction of the heating time are repeatedly executed so as to suppress the can wall temperature less than the prescribed temperature. Thus, the can wall can be prevented from being burnt due to the abnormal rise of the can wall temperature and the can drink 1 can be heated up to a prescribed temperature to sale it.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To control the heating of a canned drink in accordance with the volume of the drink by controlling the quantity of the heating output of an inverter circuit by means of the control signal of a heating output determination means which determines the heating output quantity based on the volume of the drink contained in a can decided by a can capacity decision means. CONSTITUTION:At the time of heating the canned drink, a can capacity means 15 decides the volume of the drink contained in a can based on an input voltage detected by a 1st voltage detection circuit 12 and a voltage value produced across a power switching semiconductor 5 and detected by a 2nd voltage detection circuit 13 and a heating output determination means 16 decides a heating output based on the decided result of the means 15. Then a driving means 17 controls the heating output quantity of an inverter circuit 9 by means of the control signal of the means 16 so that the drink can be automatically heated to a fixed not drink selling temperature with an appropriate heating output quantity within fixed time in accordance with its volume. Thus the heating time of various kinds of canned drinks can be controlling in accordance with their volumes.

Then a driving means 17 controls the oscillating time of an inverter circuit 9 by means of the control signal of the means 16 so that the drink can be automatically heated to a fixed heating temperature (hot drink selling temperature) within appropriate time in accordance with its volume. Thus heating time of various kinds of canned drinks can be controlled in accordance with their volumes.

A reference voltage source 11, a comparator 12 and an AC power source 13 are further provided. An impedance judging circuit, which judges the impedance of the coil 2 is constituted by the capacitor 4, the circuit 5, the resistors 6 and 7, the circuit 8, the diode 9, the capacitor 10, the voltage source 11, the comparator 12 and the power source 13. When the impedance of the coil 2 is judged, whether the part of a metal can 1 which faces the coil 2 is a seam 1a or not can be detected.

CONSTITUTION: The vending temperature that the purchaser desires is inputted through a heating temperature input means 5 and a heating time determining means 8 determines the heating time corresponding to the inputted heating temperature according to data stored in a heating time storage means 8 stored with different heating times corresponding to heating temperatures. With the control signal from this heating time determining means 6, a driving means 9 controls the time of electricity feeding to the high-frequency power converting device 4 which supplies high-frequency electric power to a heating coil 1. Consequently, the vending temperature of canned beverage can be varied as the purchaser desires.
