    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain energy saving effect by stopping the operation of an oil cooler when the temperature of a compressor is low. CONSTITUTION: The delivery route 2 of refrigerant from a compressor 1 is branched into first and second delivery routes 15, 16 while the first delivery route 15 is connected to an oil cooler 6 and the oil cooler 6 is connected to a main condenser 7. The second delivery route 16 is connected to the main condenser 7 through a bypass valve without passing through the oil cooler 6. A compressor oil temperature detecting means 11 is provided and when the temperature of the compressor 1 becomes low, the discharged refrigerant from the compressor 1 is sent to the main condenser 7 through the bypass valve without passing through the oil cooler 6 by opening the bypass valve whereby the excessive reduction in the temperature of the compressor 1 is prevented and energy saving effect can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent refrigerant from being decomposed under an abnormal high temperature of the refrigerant and to perform a forced convection cooling of a compressor by a method wherein when a temperature of discharged gas is detected and this detected gas temperature keeps an abnormal temperature of the discharged gas for a specified period of time, the compressor is stopped in its operation and a blower is electrically energized and driven subsequently even after the compressor is stopped in its operation. CONSTITUTION: If a temperature of a discharging pipe of a compressor is increased and a temperature detected by a discharged gas sensing means 6 keeps a higher temperature than an abnormal temperature of the discharged gas for a specified period of time, for example, 5 seconds, the operation is transferred to a discharged gas abnormal mode. Then, a compressor 1 is turned off by a relay 11 and is stopped in its operation for a predetermined period of time. However, a fan motor 4 is electrically energized and driven as it is after elapsing a specified period of time. Then, after elapsing a specified period of time, the relay 11 is turned on by a control circuit 13, the compressor 1 is again electrically energized and driven to start a cooling operation. At this time, the fan motor 4 is subsequently electrically energized and driven. With such an arrangement as above, a recovering of the compressor 1 is rapidly carried out, an inner side of a refrigerator is cooled again to enable a foodstuff in the refrigerator to be prevented from being decayed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To accurately quantify the damage degree of a slide section without disassembling a machine by detecting the vibration wave-form generated from the slide section, removing noises from a voltage signal, converting the voltage signal into a digital signal, then wave-form-processing the feature of the signal. CONSTITUTION: The vibration component generated from the slide section of a rotary machine such as a compressor 1 used for a refrigerating device is detected by a sensor 3 installed at one position of a four-point weld section 2, converted into the voltage signal, amplified, and recorded in a wave-form recording device 5. The noise component is removed from the voltage signal by a BPF 6, and the voltage signal is converted 7 into the digital signal and inputted to a wave-form processor 8. The amplitude size and fluctuation degree of a shock wave indicating the damage degree of the slide section are quantified by DSP in the wave-form processor 8, the damage degree of each slide section is judged based on the data base showing the correspondence between the calculated result and damage degree, and the judged result is displayed 9 and recorded 10. The damage degree of the machine slide section can be quantitatively grasped while the compressor 1 is not disassembled.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce starting torque, by always opening a delivery valve during the starting of a compressor and stopping the delivery valve from being always opened at a set time. SOLUTION: A top 20a of a cam 20 which is connected with a motor through a shaft 21, when the top 20a is positioned on a delivery lead 7 side, presses the delivery lead 7 onto the side opposite to a piston 3 to open the delivery lead 7, and a delivery valve 5 is always closed. When its bottom point 20b is positioned on the delivery lead 7 side, the bottom point 20b separates from the delivery lead 7 to close the lead 7, and the delivery valve 5 is turned to the normal condition. A timer carries a current to a motor by instruction from a compressor starting/detecting means, and the motor stops by rotating a cam 22 to position the top 20a to the delivery lead 7 side. After the set time reaches that close to time when the compressor arrives at steady rotational frequency after its starting, the timer carries the current to the motor again, and the motor stops by rotating a cam 22 to position the bottom point 20b to the delivery lead 7 side.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thermal load of a compressor by so controlling to vary the number of revolutions of a fan motor for cooling the compressor when the temperature of a discharge tube rises. SOLUTION: The indoor temperature input to control means 12 is compared with a set temperature, and the number of revolutions of a fan motor for cooling a compressor is decided. Then, the output of discharge tube temperature detecting means 11 is input by the input terminal 15 of the control means 12. Whether the discharge tube temperature is a predetermined value or not is judged, and if it is the predetermined value or more, the number of revolutions of the motor for cooling the compressor is altered, while if it is less than the predetermined value, the alteration of the number of revolutions of the motor for cooling the compressor is released. Then, the decided number of revolutions of the motor for cooling the compressor is output, and then whether the defrosting operation is started or not is judged. If the defrosting operation is started, the output of a compressor rotation command from the output terminal 01 is set to '0' rotation, and the rotation command of the motor for cooling the compressor from the output terminal 01 is set to '0' rotation. A relay 8 is turned ON to supply a current to a heater 9.
