Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator to prevent entrance of water into a glass pipe heater for defrosting, improve reliability of the glass pipe heater for defrosting, and be high in reliability on defrosting. SOLUTION: A lead-out pile 25 for a lead wire 22 is provided in a rubber cap 17 to cover a connection part 27 to the lead wire 22 connected to the two ends of a heater wire 21. In mounting orientation of a glass pipe heater body for defrosting, a lead-out hole 24 to lead out the lead wire 22 through the lead- out pile 25 to the outside is formed in the side wall surface of the rubber cap 17. By providing a drip 33 formed integrally with the rubber cap 17 below the lead-out hole 24, even when defrost water flows along the lead wire 22, the defrost water is dripped through the drip 33, and entrance of it in the lead- out pile 25 and the glass pipe heater 15 for defrosting is prevented from occurring.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent condensation on the inner surface of an internal decorative panel and eliminate the use of a sealing material by providing a gap between an inner plate in contact with a fixing frame for mounting a double-layered glass and the internal decorative panel such that water vapor in the fixing frame is movable in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:An internal decorative panel 17 includes a protruded portion 18 around a hole for insertion of a fixing pin 14, the protruded portion serving to keep a gap 19 between an inner plate 9 and the internal decorative panel 17. More specifically, the gap 19 is adapted to be kept at all times even if the internal decorative panel 17 is fixed to a fixing frame 6 with the fixing pin 14. That is, high temperature water vapor flowing in from the outside of a refrigerator door passes through into the interior of the refrigerator through the gap 19. Accordingly, no condensation is produced on the internal surface of the internal decorative panel 17, and hence complete sealing of a transparent glass 1 of a double layered glass 4 located on the inside of the refrigerator and the fixing frame 5 with a sealing material 15, can be omitted.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent condensation by raising surface temperature of a laminating fixing frame of an outer plate by providing a door constructed with a heat insulation plate comprising the laminating fixing frame having U-shaped grooves at upper and lower four corners, and an aluminum foil heater around a notched hole in the back of the other plate. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum foil heater 12 is formed with an aluminum foil 13 and a heater cord 14, and stuck to the periphery of a notched hole 5 formed in the back of an outer plate 6. A U-shaped groove 15 is provided in upper and lower portions of a laminating fixing frame 2, into which a cut piece 16 of the outer plate 6 and a cut piece 17 of an inner plate 8 are inserted repeatedly to fix a heat insulation plate 18 comprising a transparent glass 1 and an interval adjusting spacer 3. The refrigerator door formed as above is insulated from heat by a foamed urethane heat insulating material 10 and the heat insulation plate 18. Further, for the heat insulation plate 18 the interior of the refrigerator can be observed through the glass plate 1. Furthermore, for the inner plate 8 and the laminating fixing frame 2 it is inserted and fixed through the U-shaped grooves 15 and hence there is no leakage of the foamed urethane heat insulating material 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate an installing operation, improve a productivity and prevent a trouble of non-setting of a door gasket by a method wherein a wedge- shaped fixing part of the door gasket and an inside part of a flat plate at an upper part of the fixing part are formed by hard polyvinyl chloride and other portions are formed by soft polyvinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:A wedge-shaped fixing part 14 for a door gasket 11 is placed on an engaging groove 15 of a door gasket fixing and receiving part 17 to push a flat plate part 16 on the upper part of the wedge fixing part 14. Then, the wedge fixing part 14 is press fitted to the engaging groove 15. The flat plate part 16 shows hardly a deformation caused by pressure due to the fact that its inside part is made of hard polyvinyl chloride and thus it is possible to perform an easy insertion of the wedge fixing part 14 into the engaging groove 15. Accordingly, this inserting operation can be performed automatically. Even if the door gasket 11 is strongly pulled toward an operator while the wedge fixing part 14 being set to the engaging groove 15, an engaging ear part 14a is not deformed due to the fact that the wedge fixing part 14 is formed of hard polyvinyl chloride resin, resulting in that the gasket may not easily fall out of it.

A circular seal ring 10 having elasticity is loaded on the peripheral surface of the clear sheet glasses 1... by which the spacers 3 of the door body are held, and the clear sheet glasses 1... are fixed to the fixing frame 2 through the ring. According to the constitution, a warp caused by temperature difference between the inside and outside of the refrigerator of the door body can be absorbed by elasticity of the circuit seal ring 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep vegetables in fresh condition for a long period of time in a simple structure and under a low cost by a method wherein a lid member of which inner side and outer side positioned at a container are made of non- woven fabric of polypropylene and of which inner side is made of porous polypropylene film having some fine holes is closely arranged at an upper opening end of the container. CONSTITUTION:A lid 18 is comprised of a flat plate 20 having several through- pass holes formed by resin such as polystylene and a moisture transparent filter 21. The moisture transparent film 21 is comprised of a non-woven fabric 22 of chemical fiber such as protection polypropylene for keeping a strength against an external stress caused by a finger pushing action at an outer side facing a refrigerating chamber 8 and an inner side facing against a vegetable container 19, and a porous polypropylene film 23 having some fine holes. Since the film 23 and the non-woven fabric 22 are made of the same material, their thermal melt adhering becomes possible and in addition since their thermal coefficients of expansion are the same, their size stability is superior and there is no curl at all.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating performance and make the inner casing hard to crack by using an inner casing which is formed by vacuum-molding a laminated sheet of a thin resin layer having acrylonitrile as its primary constituent and a styrene group resin layer, and a highly heat insulating material containing a foaming agent which has a strong resin melting effect. CONSTITUTION:The inner casing 4 is vacuum-molded by using a sheet which is manufactured by simultaneously extruding a styrene resin layer 6 and a copolymer resin layer 7 having a thickness of 100mm and comprising acrylonitrile. A highly heat insulating material 5 is filled in the space between the inner casing 4 and the outer casing 3 by using a foaming agent such as R-113, R-123, etc. which is superior in the heat insulating performance to R-11 but has a strong resin melting effect. This way, the heat insulating performance can be improved, and, since the resin layer 7 protects the styrene group resin layer 6 from the melting effect of the foaming agent for the highly heat insulating material 5, the inner casing 4 becomes hard to crack.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a vegetable case having a moisture permeable filter of cover having stabilized quality easily and inexpensively by bonding a protective cloth to a film having fine holes in which fluctuation of moisture permeability is suppressed. CONSTITUTION: A cover 19 applied tightly to the opening in the upper surface of a vegetable case comprises a flat plate 21 of resin, e.g. polystyrene, having a large number of through holes, and a moisture permeable filter 22. The filter 22 employs inexpensive porous polypropylene film 23 strong against abrasion and stable in moisture permeability on the outer surface facing a refrigerating room and a woven cloth 24 of chemical fiber, e.g. polyester, for protection against external stress is bonded through adhesive 25 to the inner surface thereof. According to the structure, a vegetable case having a moisture permeable filter of stabilized quality can be obtained easily and inexpensively.
