The heating devices 2a, 2b heat the opposing ink chambers 1a, 1b, respectively. Heating conditions of the heating devices 2a, 2b are controlled by heat controlling devices 16a, 16b, respectively.

In the opposing electrode 21, at least an adjacent face and a face at a side of the control grid are covered with an insulation layer.
