    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which enables the induction of blood vessels thereinto as anchorage for regenerating biomedical tissues. SOLUTION: Fiber materials for regenerating biomedical tissues containing slowly releasable vascularization inducing substances are provided between fibers of a fibrous structural body substantially comprising fibers with the diameter thereof of 0.1 μm to 40 μm. The fiber materials for inducing blood vessels are used for the purposes of anchorage materials or the like for regenerating biomedical tissues. Especially, the containing of the vascularization inducing materials between the fibers of the fiber structural body allows the inducing of blood vessels into the materials as anchorage for the regeneration of the biomedical tissues and by using the fiber materials for inducing blood vessels, the propagation and differentiation of cells within the materials are promoted to achieve the regeneration and repairing of biomedical tissues and organs efficiently.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To polish a recording medium such as a magnetic disc and an integrated circuit board with high precision by specifying the surface roughness of an abrasive cloth including extra fine fiber. SOLUTION: The non-woven fabric of an abrasive cloth is manufactured by entangling extra fine fiber of 0.3 dtex or less. A polymer applicable to this extra fine fiber is selected from polyester, polyphenylene sulfide, polyaramide, polyolefin, polyacryl and polyimide, in particular, polyester and polyphenylen sulfide can be preferably used. The obtained non-woven fabric base material is used as an A-type base material as it is, and more preferably, uses as a B-type base material by applying an elastomer to the non-woven fabric. By pressing and heating the obtained abrasive cloth base material, its surface is smoothened, the total configuration is stabilized, and the surface roughness of the abrasive cloth becomes 60 μm or less.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficient and accurate polishing with a small quantity of the polishing slurry while improving the adaptability of the polishing slurry with a polishing cloth by setting the water absorbing speed of the polishing cloth including fine fiber at a specified value or less for speedup in the polishing time. SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric cloth for polishing cloth is manufactured by crossing very fine fibers at 0.3 dtex or less. The polishing clothe is formed of the only obtained very fine fiber nonwoven fabric. This nonwoven fabric cloth is impregnated with the elastomer so as to form a polishing cloth. Method of improving the water absorbing property is different in response to the kind of the polishing cloth, but the water absorbing time of the polishing cloth after the working is set at 60 seconds or less. In the case of the polishing cloth having the polishing time at 60 seconds or more, polishing surface is slowly wet, and the abrasive grains can not be sufficiently distributed, and the high accurate polishing is impossible. As an effective method of improving the water absorbing property, hydrophilic forming processing with the selected hydrophilic component solvent is performed to the polishing cloth.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain vinylchloride film material with good comprehensive characteristics improved in antifouling property, durability, and a shortage of easy stickiness by coating both the surfaces of a vinylchloride film containing a flexible vinylchloride resin layer and fiber base fabric with vinylidene fluoride resin in both the surfaces of vinylchloride base material via an adhesive. SOLUTION: This is formed of an obverse skin layer (a) consisting of vinylidene fluoride resin, an adhesive (b) consisting of vinylidene fluoride resin, vinylchloride base material (c) containing a flexible vinylchloride resin layer and fiber base fabric, an adhesive layer (d), and a reverse skin layer (e); these are coated with the obverse skin layer (a), reverse skin layer (e) via the adhesives (b), (d) in both the surfaces of the base material (c). As such, using resin having an anti-fouling function to easily-fouling surface, and resin having higher sticking function to a relatively easily-fouling reverse surface while neglecting an anti-fouling property a little allows the anti-fouling property and stickiness to be combined.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve the discoloration resistance, bleed-out resistance, light transmission properties, flame retardance, and light resistance of a vinyl chloride resin sheet by compounding a vinyl chloride resin, a specific antimony oxide, titanium oxide, and a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION: This vinyl chloride resin sheet having a light transmission of 40% or higher is obtd. by well mixing 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having a particle size of 50 mesh pass or lower, 3-39.5 pts.wt. antimony oxide having an average particle size of 0.2μm or lower as the flame retardant, 0.5-37 pts.wt. titanium oxide having an average particle size of 0.2μm or lower as the weather- resistant additive, and if necessary, 5 pts.wt or lower radical scavenger, kneading the resultant mixture while slowly adding 30-70 pts.wt. plasticizer to it, and forming it into a sheet.
