    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce polyester textiles constantly excellent in after-processing character and package form while the production condition is varied by specifying the speed of the heat treating godet roller and the textile tension between these godet rollers in direct spinning and drawing process using heating cylinders. SOLUTION: The polyester textile filament cooled and solidified on the cooler 2 is drawn by introducing into the heating cylinder 3 then heat treated by a heat treating apparatus 8 set between a pair of godet rollers 6, 7 and wound-up. The speed of the godet roll satisfies the equation, 63× √d √d [d is speed of a single filament (d); V is take-up speed(m/s)] and the tension of the filament between the godet rollers 6, 7 satisfies the equation, 0.1T

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a combined filament yarn capable of providing silk-like surface touch in weaving into fabric by combining two kinds of filament groups each having thinness and thickness in the length direction and different in delustering agent content and fineness in a specific state. CONSTITUTION: A filament group A having thinness and thickness in the length direction and containing a delustering agent is combined with a filament group B having thinness and thickness in the length direction and having delustering agent content smaller than that of the filament group A and having average fineness lower by >=1.5 denier than that of the filament group. The resultant combined filament yarn has 2-7% Uster irregularity, 10-30% shrinkage factor by boiling water, 0.04-0.10g/denier continuous shrinkage stress by steam heating and 4.0-12.0% coefficient of variation.

The thermally fiber-treating device disposed on the downstream side of the cooling device of a melt-spinning device is disposed in a state capable of being moved substantially in parallel to the cooling gas blow-off direction of the cooling device and capable of tilting the cooling gas blow-off direction in the perpendicular direction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject fiber having a specific cross-sectional shape, having excellent opaque property, dyeability, strength and luster and further having a soft hand touch by copolymerizing with a specific amount of a metal sulfonate group-containing isophthalic acid component and with a specified amount of a polyalkylene glycol component, adding a delustering agent to the copolymer and subsequently spinning the copolymer.
