Abstract: Disclosed herein are a file management system for collectively managing a plurality of files stored and managed in at least one file storage device and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program for performing file management. The file management system includes a file search module for designating one or more fields as search conditions and then searching for one or more files, listing found files together with registration information and then displaying this list on a screen, and listing a plurality of files together with registration information and then displaying this list on the screen; a registration information management module for performing entry, deletion and modification of file registration information and addition and deletion of one or more file registration information fields; and a rearrangement module for, using one or more selected file registration information fields as criteria for arrangement, changing a relevant folder structure with reference to registration information of files at selected locations and rearranging files and folders.

Abstract: 본 고안은 공기층을 갖는 선박에 관한 것으로서 종래의 선박이 물과 부딪히면 많은 저항을 이겨 내며 운항을 하여 하기 때문에 많은 연료가 소모되어 경제성이 떨어졌지만 본 고안에 따른 선박은 공기층을 배의 내외부에 둠으로써 배가 부력을 받아 위쪽으로 떠오를 수 있게 하여 배와 물의 저항을 줄였으며 공기층 내부의 공기가 배의 진행에 따라 배의 진행방향과 바깥쪽으로 배출되게 함으로써 물이 배와 부딪히기 보다는 공기와 부딪히도록 하여 물에 의한 저항을 줄이고 공기의 배출에 따라 배의 진행이 더 빨라질 수 있도록 하였다. 특히 공기층이 배의 외부에 있는 경우에는 충격에 대한 완화 역할까지 가능하도록 하였다.

Abstract: A system and a method for managing secretary business are provided to increase efficiency of the secretary business by providing correct information quickly, as the secretary business is automated by integrating directory and schedule management functions to a contact management program. A network interface module(103) exchanges data with a member authentication management server. A notice/schedule managing module(107) stores contact, directory, and schedule management information, and displays the stored information if necessary. An additional service provision managing module(109) informs a user of the contact, directory, or schedule information through an SMS(Short Message Service) or a phone. A database(180) includes contact, directory, and schedule management databases(182-186), and a program storing part(188). An output managing module(111) outputs the information stored in each database. A control module(101) controls interaction and a data flow of the modules, and enables the user to output the desired information according to each information type by storing contact, directory, and schedule information to each management database.
