Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a hydroxamic acid derivative which shows an antiaging effect and is improved in safety and stability to the skin stimulus and discoloration, its preparation method, and an antiaging skin preparation for external use and a collagenase and elastase expression inhibitor containing the derivative. CONSTITUTION: The hydroxamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are H, a C1-C10 alkyl group or a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group; R3 is CONH, NHCO, CONR5 or NR5CO (wherein R5 is H or a C1-C10 alkyl group); and R4 is -(CH)n- (wherein n is 0 or 1). The method comprises the steps of reacting benzoic acid and methyl 4-aminobenzoate or 4-aminophenylacetic acid methyl ester or reacting aniline and monomethyl terephthalate, to prepare a benzamide compound; substituting the amino bond of the benzamide compound into an alkyl bond; hydrolyzing the methyl ester group to prepare an acid; and reacting the obtained acid with hydroxyl amine·HCl salt to prepare the hydroxamic acid derivative of the formula 1.

PURPOSE: Carnosic acid, a derivative thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided to suppress c-kit activation and signal transduction in melanocytes, and to improve skin whitening. CONSTITUTION: A c-kit activity inhibitor contains carnosic acid of chemical formula 1, a derivative thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The derivative is carnosic acid methyl ester or carnosic acid ethyl alcohol. The carnosic acid, a derivative thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is derived from rosemary and/or sage. The inhibitor contains 0.0001-10 wt% of the active ingredient. A composition for skin whitening contains the derivative of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition further contains one or more selected from a group consisting of a Gycyrrhiza extract, arbutin, ascorbic acid, and kojic acid.

CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition contains 50.0-99.999 wt% of a cholesteric liquid crystal containing a useful pigment. The composition contains 0.001-10.0 wt% of the useful pigment. The cholesteric liquid crystal is a liquid crystal mixture containing a nematic liquid crystal(NLC) with chiral dopant which induces a periodic helical structure. The cholesteric liquid crystal selectively reflects light according to the pitch of a repetitive structure and the twisting direction of the helix. CONSTITUTION: A novel adamantane derivative compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is -NHCO- or -CONH-; R1 is C0-C5 alkyl or C1-C5 alkoxy; R2 is selected from NO2, CN, and NH2; and R3 is C1-C5 haloalkyl. The anti-androgen composition comprises the compound, isomer thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, prodrug thereof, anhydride thereof, or a solvent thereof.
