A swine erysipelas inactivated vaccine and a canine pavovirus inactivated vaccine are provided to have significantly increased immunogenicity by treating a swine erysipelas inactivated antigen with a swine erysipelas specific antibody, inactivated swine complement, zymosan treated-activated swine complement, staphylococcus dead biomass treated-activated swine complement or beta-glucan absorbed gel. The swine erysipelas inactivated vaccine is prepared by adding a swine erysipelas specific antibody, in which the antibody is 1:20-80, into a swine erysipelas inactivated antigen in a ratio of 1:10 and then reacting it at a temperature of 37 deg.C for 1 hour. The canine pavovirus inactivated vaccine is characterized in that it is prepared by adding 10% of beta-glucan regarding the total canine pavovirus inactivated antigen amount into the canine pavovirus inactivated antigen.

Live vaccines floating in a gel-added solution are provided to be able to improve the immunogenicity of the vaccines by adding gel or immunostimulant-absorbed gel to a diluent solution of the live vaccines. The Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae live vaccine is prepared by floating lyophilized Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae live vaccine in a gel-added diluent solution which is prepared by adding 20mg/ml of aluminium hydroxide to a diluted solution of vaccine to allow the concentration of the aluminum gel therein to be 2%. The atropic rhimitis live vaccine is prepared by floating lyophilized atropic rhimitis live vaccine in the gel-added diluent solution. The canine parvovirus live vaccine is prepared by floating lyophilized canine parvovirus live vaccine in the gel-added diluent solution.

본 발명은 원유 중의 체세포 수를 측정하는데 사용하기 위한 표준용액 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 상기 표준용액은 38% 포르말린 8-13%(v/v) 및 증류수 87-92%(v/v)로 이루어진 고정처리액에 의해 체세포가 고정되어 있고, 보존제로서 티메로살 5-15㎖, 디메틸설폭시드 (DMSO) 10-20㎖, 글리세린 10-20㎖ 및 젠타마이신 0.5-2㎖로 이루어진 보존제 용액을 액 3%(v/v) 이상의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 한다.
