    Abstract: The present invention relates to a power factor correction circuit, a power supply device and a vacuum cleaner using the same. The power supply device for a vacuum cleaner according to one embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a vacuum cleaner including a flexible hose. The power supply device for a vacuum cleaner comprises a power factor correction part for correcting the power factor of an AC power source; a rectification part for rectifying and outputting an AC voltage received from the power factor correction part; a smoothing part for smoothing and outputting the output voltage of the rectification part; and a conversion part for converting the output voltage of the smoothing part into an AC voltage. The power factor correction part uses a conductor, which is included in the flexible hose, as an inductor. The present invention can miniaturize the power factor correction circuit and the power supply device for a vacuum cleaner and can reduce costs.
