Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria by applying electric field is provided to promote growth of the lactic acid bacteria, increase the number of the lactic acid bacteria and to increase production of metabolic products. In a method for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria by applying electric field, the growth of the lactic acid bacteria is promoted by applying an alternating current electric field or direct current electric field of 10V-1MV/m in frequency band of 1 kHz-1MHz at 37°C less. The lactic acid bacteria is lactobacillus species, streptococcus, bifidobacterium, leuconostoc, pediococcus or lactococcus. An apparatus for accelerating growth of lactic acid bacteria includes a container consisting of an insulator, two electrodes adhered to a floor side and a cover side and an electric field application unit connected to the two electrodes.

A transistor and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the structure of transistor and to change the property of transistor according to the usage mode. The transistor(100) comprises the source(10), the drain(20), and a plurality of the channel(C1, C2) and the gate(G1, G2). A plurality of channels is equipped between the source and the drain. The gates are equipped on channels. The channels have the different charge mobility. The channels comprise the first and the second channel. The first and the second channel can be formed with the different material.
