PURPOSE: A page searching method and a support terminal are provided to rapidly facilitate the movement for a desired specific area on a page having an area which is larger than the screen area of a display unit, thereby easily enabling a page search. CONSTITUTION: A display unit (140) outputs a part area of a page. A sensor unit (170) collects a sensor signal for the movement of a display area of the page. A control unit (160) moves the area of the currently displayed page to a specific area of the page according to the sensor signal and outputs the same to the display unit. The control unit controls the movement and the display of the specific area of the page according to the sensor signal in response to a tap operation which knocks the bezel side of a terminal. The display unit displays the specific area of the page according to the generation of a sensor signal which is over a threshold point. PURPOSE: A keyword search method and a device thereof are provided to differentiate a search result using a keyword input field from an existing search result by adding the keyword input field. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(110) generates a touch event in response to a touch gesture of a user. A control unit(170) determines the touch gesture from the touch event. If the touch gesture is an event for adding a keyword input filed, the control unit adds the input filed to display the event. PURPOSE: Encoding equipment is provided to create a code having high code rate using a punching pattern satisfying a first standards and a second standards. CONSTITUTION: An encoder(200) creates parity bits(PB) based on information bits(IB). The encoder provides the information bits and the parity bits to a punch station(300). The punch station performs a punching motion of eliminating a part among the parity bits based on a punching pattern. The punching pattern satisfies a second standards about location of a first standards and residual parity bits(RPB). The residual parity bits mean parity bits which are not removed among the parity bits after the punching motion performance.

PURPOSE: A portable terminal and an operating method thereof are provided to supply the most suitable UI in current situation for a user. CONSTITUTION: A condition information collecting module unit generates pattern situation information of a portable terminal and use pattern information including function information corresponding to the information(305). The situation information collecting module unit collects current situation information of the portable terminal(310). A control unit searches pattern condition information classified by the same situation with the collected current condition information(315). The control unit extracts set function information corresponding to the searched pattern situation information(320). The control unit comprises a GUI(Graphic User Interface) based on the extracted function information(325).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling location alarm in a mobile terminal are provided to control the location alarm by using the stored location information. CONSTITUTION: A GPS unit(120) receives at least one location information corresponding to a present location of a portable terminal. An audio processing unit(130) outputs alarm to notify the present location of the portable terminal. A control unit(170) compares the present location information received through the GPS unit with the stored location information. The control unit outputs the alarm by controlling the audio processing unit when the present location information corresponds to the stored location information. A storage unit(160) stores the location information.

PURPOSE: A method for searching a route in a portable terminal is provided to satisfy a request of a user by offering various routes passing a selected waypoint according to various route search options. CONSTITUTION: The shortest route between an inputted starting and destination place is displayed(S201-S209). A search word corresponding to a waypoint between the starting and destination place is received(S211-S215). At least one waypoint is searched based on the inputted search word. At least one sub route between the staring and destination place is displayed(S217). The sub route includes the searched waypoint.

A dechucking method and the method of manufacturing the semiconductor device by using the same are provided to prevent the damage of wafer and improve the yield by removing the electrostatic force between the electrostatic chuck and the wafer. The chucking voltage applied at the electrostatic chuck(130) for chucking the wafer (W) is blocked. The second dechucking voltage having the periodically changeable polarity is applied to the electrostatic chuck. The second dechucking voltage has the fixed absolute value, or is the AC voltage converged from the initial value having the predetermined absolute value to the zero. The AC voltage is the sinusoidal wave, the square wave or the triangle wave. The second dechucking voltage includes the first AC voltage and the second AC voltage applied in successively at the electrostatic chuck. The second AC voltage has the value smaller than the absolute value of the first AC voltage.

본 발명은 알파 마이크로프로세서 컴퓨터 시스템에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로, 알파 마이크로프로세서 컴퓨터 시스템은 노스 브릿지 컨트롤러인 츄나미 칩셋과 168 핀 메모리 모듈들을 구비하는 메모리 블록 및 츄나미 칩셋과 메모리 블록 간의 인터페이스를 위한 인터페이스 회로를 포함한다. 인터페이스 회로는 최대 200 ps 이하의 지연 시간을 갖는 퀵 스위칭 회로로 구비된다. 따라서 인터페이스 회로는 츄나미 칩셋으로부터 8 개의 DQM(D/Q Mask) 신호를 받아서 레지스터드(registered)한 후, 각각 4 개의 출력 신호로 확장 분산하여 하나의 메모리 모듈로 제공한다. 그러므로 츄나미 칩셋을 구비하는 알파 마이크로프로세서 컴퓨터 시스템에서 168 핀 메모리 모듈들을 사용함으로써 메모리 확장성을 향상시킨다.

PURPOSE: A multi-processor computer system using a TSC(Titan System Controller) chipset is provided to improve the performance of the system and peripheral. CONSTITUTION: The multi-processor system(2) includes four alpha microprocessors (10a-10d), four cash memories(20a-20d), two main memory banks(42,44) and a north bridge controller(30). The four alpha microprocessors control the system clock speed of 125MHz. The cash memory block(20) has four cash memories corresponding to the four alpha microprocessors. The main memory block(40) has two memory banks at least and each memory bank includes one or two memory array. The north bridge controller, TSC chipset of the DIGITAL Company, supports 125MHz system clock speed. The north bridge controller is composed of a C-chip(Controller chip)(32), two P-chips(Peripheral interface chips)(34a,34b), and eight D-chips(Data slice chips)(36a-36h). The C-chip interfaces the signal and lines for controlling each memory array, D-chip, and P-chip. The D-chip processes the data transfer between the alpha microprocessors and memory arrays and P-chips. PAD(Packet Access Device) bus has total 64bits and is operated in 125MHz clock speed. The P-chip supports PCI bus(Peripheral Component Interconnect) which is compatible with AGP(Accelerated Graphics Port) and PCI bus standard. Each P-chip supports four times the AGP with 32bits and 133MHz, and the PCI bus with 64bits and 66MHz.

전자 사진 현상 시스템에서, 현상제의 불균일성과 미대전의 문제점을 개선하여 드럼상의 화상을 개끗하게 현상할 수 있도록 한 전자 사진 현상 시스템의 현상 장치(Development apparatus)에 관한 것이다. 일정한 간격으로 서로 다른 자극들이 교차되며 그 상부에 형성된 슬리브를 가지는 현상롤러와, 캐리어와 토너가 혼합된 현상제를 적재하고 있으며 이를 상기 현상롤러에 공급하는 현상제 챔버를 가지는 전자 사진 현상 시스템의 현상 장치에 있어서, 인덕터 코일를 에지 부분에 가지고 상기 현상제 챔버에 결합되여 상기 현상롤러의 표면에 부착된 현상제의 두께를 일정하게 하는 규제 블레이드와, 상기 인덕터 코일에 교류 전압을 공급하는 전원공급기를 포함하여 구성되어 있다.
