Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-performance field effect transistor including a graphene channel layer. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the field effect transistor includes: a substrate; a grapheme channel layer which is placed on the substrate and includes a slit; a source electrode and a drain electrode which apply a voltage to the graphene channel layer and are placed at an interval; a gate electrode which forms an electric field in the graphene channel layer; and a gate insulation layer which is placed between the graphene channel layer and the gate electrode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for combining an external door of a dry unit is provided to open the external door after separating a sheet stacker. CONSTITUTION: In a printing standby state, a dry unit frame(45) is attached to a main frame(30), and a hanging sill(81) of a locking lever(80) is combined to a locking protrusion(31). Moreover, the locking lever is hung to a lever member(90) to lock an external door(50). In case of replacing a dry unit(40), a dry unit driving mechanism is driven for separating the dry unit frame from the main frame. Then, the dry unit frame is transferred toward a back plate(43). The lever member is separated from the locking lever for rotating the locking lever. To open the external door, a sheet stacker(60) is separated from the external door. Then, the locking lever exposed toward a door handle unit(52) is rotated for separating the hanging sill from the locking protrusion. Thus, the external door is separated from the main frame. By rotating the external door, an opening hole(20a) is opened.
