Abstract:
본 발명은 벤조페논계 화합물의 동시 검출법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 수질, 토양, 저질 및 혈액 등과 같은 시료에 존재하는 벤조페논계 화합물을 유기용매로 추출한 후, 트리플루오로아세트아미드와 반응시켜 벤조페논계 화합물을 유도체화 시키고, 이를 직접 기체크로마토그래피/질량분석기로 분석하여 한번에 정성·정량분석하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is an improved solid phase microextraction(SPME) fiber performing an extraction, concentration, and derivatization simultaneously thereon. A method for analyzing an alkylphenol and a bisphenol-A in a water sample by using the SPME fiber is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The SPME fiber is produced by soaking a SPME fiber in a mixture, comprising bis(trimethyl silyl)trifluoro acetamide(BSTFA) and trimethyl chloro silane(TMCS) in the weight ratio of 100:1, for 30min to 2hrs to absorb the BSTFA into the SPME fiber. And the method for analyzing the alkylphenol and the bisphenol-A comprises the steps of: bring the SPME fiber into contact with the water sample to absorb the alkylphenol and the bisphenol-A into the fiber; separating the fiber and then analyzing by using a gas chromatography/mass spectrometer(GC/MS).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a microassay method of glutamine synthase, thereby quantitatively assaying glutamine synthase rapidly and accurately using the well plate. CONSTITUTION: The microassay method of glutamine synthase comprises the steps of: adding a reaction solution A consisting of 40-60mM of imidazole buffer of pH 6.4-7.4, 40-60mM of hydroxylamine, 90-110mm of L-glutamine, 0.4-0.6mM of manganese chloride, and a sample containing glutamine synthase into a well plate; adding a reaction solution B consisting of 15-35mM of potassium arsenate and 0.1-0.3mM of adenosine diphosphate to the well plate; adding a coloring agent to the well plate; and measuring absorbency of a product with an absorption spectrophotometer.

PURPOSE: A method for detecting endocrine disruptors using yeast two-hybrid system containing hERα gene and transcription co-activator gene is provided, thereby easily and rapidly detecting chemicals influencing human endocrine system without using mammals or fishes. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting endocrine disruptors comprises the steps of: (1) treating yeast two-hybrid system containing hERα(human estrogen receptor alpha) gene and transcription co-activator with testing chemicals; and (2) measuring the expression of a reporter gene introduced in the chromosome of yeast.

본 발명은 X선 조영제로서 사용되는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 트리요오드벤젠 유도체의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아닐린 유도체를 유기염기 존재하에 아세틸 화합물과 반응시켜 히드록시기가 보호된 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아닐린 유도체를 얻은 다음, 유기용매에서 아세틸기로 보호된 일반식(Ⅳ)의 α-히드록시 카르복실산 또는 그의 염화물과 반응시키고, 얻어진 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아실화물에 구아니딘을 촉매량 가하는 것으로 이루어진다.
상기식에서의 R 1 , R 2 는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 메틸, 저급알킬(C 1 -C 6 )이다.
