    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a conductive high polymeric resin using ECR which can chemically vapor deposit a thin film three-dimensionally and easily control a physical property of the thin film according to the condition of vapor deposition. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) forming an inert gas into high density plasma ion by ECR, (ii) accelerating the plasma ion and colliding the plasma on surface of the resin so as to infuse the plasma ion into the surface. The inert gas is argon and/or nitrogen gas. Alternatively, the method comprises the steps of (i) forming an inert gas into high density plasma ion by ECR, (ii) colliding a liquefied or gaseous organic metal precursor to form an ion of corresponding organic metal; and (iii) vapor depositing the ion on surface of the resin.
