Abstract: 본발명은백라이트유닛에포함되는도광판의제조방법및 이에의해제조된도광판을제공한다. 이방법은, 투명한평판의일면상에표면거칠기가큰 폴리머박막을형성함으로써, 후속의마이크로렌즈형성용액의젖음성(wettability)이떨어지게되어, 최종적으로형성되는마이크로렌즈의평균폭이작으며, 편평비(aspect ratio)가커지게된다. 이로써도광판의광손실을줄일수 있으며도광판의제조단가를낮출수 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 전기방사법을 이용하여 나노 구조체를 원하는 장소에 원하는 형태로 배열하는 방법에 관한 것이고, 본 발명에 따른 방법은 무기 나노 소재를 유기 용제 중에 혼합하여 유-무기 혼합 용액을 준비하는 단계; 유-무기 혼합 용액을 전압이 인가된 상태로 분사 노즐로부터 토출시키는 단계; 및 분사 노즐로부터 하전된 토출물을 접지 특성을 갖는 콜렉터에 의해 정렬시키면서 증착시키는 단계를 포함한다. 이런 방법으로 제조된 정렬된 유-무기 나노 복합체는 그 상태로 또는 유기물이 제거된 무기 나노 구조체로 유기 박막 트랜지스터의 활성층 및 생화학 센서의 검출 소재로 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming a fine pattern of a self aligned polymer film is provided to easily form the fine pattern of the polymer film by coating a second polymer material with a preset surface energy different from a first polymer material on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first polymer pattern(210) is spread on a substrate(200) by coating a first polymer material. A second polymer(P2) with the preset surface energy different from the first polymer is coated on a substrate. The second polymer material is de-wetted on the first polymer film pattern. A substrate with the second polymer material is thermally processed. A second polymer film pattern is formed on the substrate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A biosensor of transistor structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase reactivity and a hydrophilic property between an antigen and antibody by forming a channel area of the transistor into a hydrophilic nanoparticle and an active Polymer sensing the antigen-antibody reaction. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(102) is formed on a substrate. A gate insulating layer(103) is formed on the gate electrode. A source and a drain electrode(104) are formed on the gate insulating layer. A channel area is formed between the source and the drain electrode. The channel area includes an active layer(105) and an active poly sensing an antigen-antibody reaction. The active layer is formed by using a hydrophilic nanoparticle.

Abstract: A composition for photo-reactive organic polymer gate insulating layer and an organic thin film transistor using the same are provided to minimize an influence upon a pre-process by forming a fine pattern with a low-temperature photolithography process. A composition for photo-reactive organic polymer gate insulating layer includes an insulating organic polymer, a photocrosslinking monomer, and a photo initiator. Abstract: A detection element is provided to improve the accuracy of detection and reduce the producing cost by using transistor structure. A detection element comprises a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate comprises a first frame substrate(1), a third electrode(2), dielectric layer(3), first electrode(4) and second electrode(5). Abstract: A detection device and a fabrication method of the detection device are provided to effectively protect an electrode with inexpensive manufacture costs, to guide the fluid to be detected, and to improve detection accuracy.
