Abstract: Activated carbon and alkaline earth metal silicate are respectively added 10-50%, 20-40% on the solid substance basis to A type zeolite. After mixing the mixture in the flow shear mixer, the solution of molasses and water is injected by a nozzle and kneaded it to make a particulate composition of the grain size of 0.5-5mm. The surface of this composition is coated by molasses and dried in the forced convection drier, putting in an electric furnace kept to the temperature of 500-800 degree C in the inert atmosphere such as nitrogen or water gas for 0.5-4.0 hours, and thus a particulate complex molecule composition are produced.

Abstract: As a characteristic of the material, the power of PTFE powder is capable of lumping spontaneously even at the room temperature of 20-30 degree C. As it is hard to granulate this lumpy powder, it is cooled down to the temperature below 20 degree C and is used in a fine powder state. This PETE powder is fed to the distributor(6) of the granulation device through the powder injecting hopper(5). In the distributor, the supplied powder is pressed against the inner wall of the distributor, before it is mixed with water by the diffusing wing(6) and the centrifugal force in the distributor.

Abstract: The preparation method for 2,4,6-trichloro aniline (I) consists of (1) reacting aniline with hydrogen chloride gas (II) to form aniline salt (III), (2) reacting (III) with (II) to form (I) upto 30%, (3) reaction reacting (III) with (II) to 90-95%. (II) is injected into (3) through (2) and (1) reactor, and finally into water trap to form HCl. After reaction, batch (2) is set at first position. 80% yield and 97% purity. (I) is useful as intermediate for dyes, pigments, agrochemicals, coating agents of color film.

Abstract: The method for producing a high purity dicalcium phosphate (CaHPO4 2H2O) is characterized by overflow-reacting a mixture of calcium chloride as a byproduct in the ammonia-soda process and phosphoric acid with a mixted gas of ammonia (A) and air (B) [mixing ratio of (A):(B) is 1:0.55-1.65 . In the reaction, the pH of the first, the second and the third reactor is each 0.5-1.8, 2.4-4.5 and 5.0- 6.5. The produced CaHPO4 2H2O is used as an abrasive agent for a toothpaste.

Abstract: An asymmetric porous polyether block amide(PEBA) membrane and a preparation method of the same are provided to apply the membrane as a supporter of the composite membrane. An asymmetric porous polyether block amide(PEBA) membrane is used as a supporter of a composite membrane for gas separation, pervaporation and vapor permeation. The asymmetric porous polyether block amide(PEBA) membrane includes polyether block amide combined with 20 ~ 46 weight% of an amide group on the basis of the weight. The composite membrane for gas separation, pervaporation and vapor permeation includes an asymmetric porous supporter and a dense layer. The dense layer is laminated on the supporter.
