PURPOSE: A novel Pseudomonas geniculata MH102 strain is provided to effectively prevent plant diseases. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas geniculata MH102(KCTC 11489BP) prevents plant diseases. A composition for preventing plant disease contains Pseudomonas geniculata or culture medium as an active ingredient. The plant diseases are caused by Alternaria panax, Botrytis cinerea, Colletotrichum coccodes, capsici or Rhizoctonia solani.

PURPOSE: A composition for preventing plant diseases containing Psoralea corylifolia extract or compound isolated from the same are provided to use for environmentally-friendly fungicide. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing plant diseases contains Psoralea corylifolia extract as an active ingredient. The plant diseases include sheath blight, tomato gray mold, tomato late blight, mill red rust or Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. A composition for preventing plant diseases contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or 2 isolated from Psoralea corylifolia extract as an active ingredient. The Psoralea corylifolia extract is isolated from Psoralea corylifolia fruits using low alcohol of 1-7 carbon atoms, solution thereof, hexane, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride or mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: A composition containing Cynanchum wilfordii extract for preventing plant diseases is provided to prevent plant fungal diseases without environmental contamination and to use for producing organic agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: A polyoxypregnane glycosides compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A composition for preventing plant disease contains compound of chemical formula 1 or mixture thereof as an active ingredient. The active ingredient is Cynanchum wilfordii extract. The Cynanchum wilfordii extract is isolated using low alcohol of 1-7 carbon atoms, solution thereof, hexane, acetone, ethylacetate, methylene chloride, or mixture thereof.

본 발명은 토양 미생물의 메타게놈에서 분리한 인디루빈(indirubin) 및 인디고(indigo) 생합성 유전자 및 이로부터 코딩되는 단백질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인디루빈 및 인디고 생합성 유전자 및 이로부터 코딩되는 단백질은 미생물로부터 천연색소인 인디루빈 및 인디고를 대량으로 생산하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided are a composition for increasing fungicidal activity and a fungicidal preparation containing the same, thereby controlling phytopathogens effectively and decreasing the quantity of the fungicidal preparation used. CONSTITUTION: The fungicidal preparation is characterized by containing a fungicidal preparation selected from methyl (2E)-3-methoxy-2-(2'-(((3''-(1'''-fluor-2'''-phenyl-1'''-ethenyloxy)phenyl)methylimino)oxy)methylphenyl)propionate represented by the formula(1) and N-methyl (2E)-2-methoxyimino-2-(2'-(((3''-(1'''-fluor-2'''-phenyl-1'''-ethenyloxy)phenyl)methylimino)oxy)methylphenyl)acetamide represented by the formula(2); and the composition for increasing fungicidal activity in a weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 1:20.

CONSTITUTION: The novel strain, Pythium myriotylum MD2(KCTC 10034BP) is used for selectively controlling weeds selected from American black cherry, Monochoria vaginalis, yellow birtch, Chondostereum purpureum, Northern joint vetch, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides f. sp. aeschynomene, Morrenia odorata, Phyrophthora palmivora, Poa annua, Pseudomonas gladioli, etc.

PURPOSE: A method for biological control of plant diseases using Chaetomium globosum F0142 and chaetoviridins A and B produced by the same is provided, thereby effectively controlling plant diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for biological control of plant diseases using Chaetomium globosum F0142(KCTC 0957BP) and chaetoviridins A and B produced by the same comprises spraying the cultured medium, mycelia or spores of Chaetomium globosum F0142, or chaetoviridins A and B isolated from the Chaetomium globosum cultured medium to plants, wherein the plant disease is rice blast disease, late blight, leaf rust or phytophthora blight. The chaetoviridins A and B are represented by the formula(1) and (2) respectively, and purified by extraction of Chaetomium globosum F0142(KCTC 0957BP) with ethyl acetate, first silica gel column chromatography, thin layer chromatography and second silica gel column chromatography, sequentially.
