Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disk is provided to combine different kinds of brake disk elements by utilizing a ring type strap and to provide a safe fastening structure capable of preventing stress concentration into a joint part at brake operation. CONSTITUTION: A brake disk comprises a friction part(100), a hat part(300), a ring shape strap part(500), a bush, and a bolt. The friction part comprises a coupling hole(120) in the center; a ring shape seating groove(140) along the circumference of the coupling hole; a plurality of first holes(142) along the seating groove; and a latching projection(144) among the first holes. The hat part comprises an insertion part(340) which is inserted into the seating groove of the friction part; a second hole(342) which connects to the first holes; and a latching groove corresponding to a latching projection. The strap part is inserted into the seating groove of the friction part and comprises a third hole(542) which connects the first holes and the second hole. The bush and the bolt are inserted into both sides of the first holes and the third hole and are coupled.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling system is provided to reduce air conditioning power consumption by preventing a roof panel of a passenger cabin from being heated by a heat received at a roof panel. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system is characterized in that contact members(10,11) are installed to a roof panel and a bottom portion of a vehicle, respectively, and the two contact members are connected to an electric power source and a switch. The contact member(11) at the bottom surface is arranged to be adjacent to an evaporator(20) of a cooling member to allow a thermal conduction. The switch is turned on or off by a temperature sensor and a controller arranged within the cab so as to control electrical conduction between the two contact members. When the temperature of a cabin is raised to a level higher than a predetermined value, the switch is turned on by the temperature sensor and the controller. Then, a current flow between the two contact members, and a heat received at the roof panel is transferred from the contact member(10) toward the contact member(11) at the bottom by Peltier effect, and absorbed by the evaporator. Thus, a ride comfort is obtained even when a car has parked for a long time on the road under the solar radiation, especially during summer time.
