Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a roof rail for a vehicle is provided to increase the productivity and improve working efficiency by forming the gap between the rails and restricting the rails from being fitted to each other. CONSTITUTION: A roof rail assembly is composed of a roof panel, front and rear rails(40) arranged at both sides of the roof panel and opposed to each other, first, second and third center rails arranged between the front rail and the rear rail sequentially, and a map lamp mounting bracket installed between the front rail and the first center rail. The rectangular rail is formed, and plural embossed parts(41) are formed at the right side and the left side of the rail. The embossed parts are arranged alternately at the right and the left of the rail to load on the pallet.
