본발명은방열성필러가충진된방열층을층간에삽입함으로써, 방열층을통해배터리에서발생되는열을효과적으로방출시켜배터리패키지의수명을연장시키고, 이의안정성을확보할수 있는배터리케이스용복합소재및 이의제조방법에관한것이다. 또한, 본발명은방열성필러가충진되지않은니트층을증간에삽입함으로써, 기존의방열성복합소재의경우방열성필러의고충진으로인해발생되는기계적물성저하를방지할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A battery package filled with phase transition materials is provided to have an effective heat radiation function, and to have excellent heat controlling performance. CONSTITUTION: A battery package is a case for accommodating a battery cell, and has an upper case(100) and a lower case surrounding the battery cell. The upper and/or lower case is repetitively bent with a constant space between each other, and comprises: upper sheets(111,211) which has protrusion parts(111a,211a) for inserting a plurality of phase transition materials, and is protruded in one direction; lower sheets(112,212) attached to the upper sheets; and the phase transition materials filled into a gap between the protrusion parts and the lower sheets. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transparent heater using a carbon nano tube yarn and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control the property of a transparent heater according to the purpose of use by forming an electrode terminal layer and a lead line and controlling the thickness and arrangement space of the carbon nano tube yarn. CONSTITUTION: Conductive heating lines(14) of multiple rows are made of carbon nano tube yarns. The conductive heating lines of multiple rows are formed on one side of a transparent substrate(12) as a binder. An electrode terminal layer(16) is attached to both sides of the transparent substrate. The electrode terminal layer is electrically connected to the conductive heating lines of the multiple rows. A power source is connected to the electrode terminal layer.
