Abstract: 본발명은베어링캡결합구조에관한것으로서, 종래의베어링캡결합구조는부피가큰 베어링캡의측면부와결합홈의넓이를정밀하게가공해야만하므로그 가공공정이매우복잡하고어려울뿐만아니라베어링캡을결합홈에강제압입하기위한별도의압입장비를필요로하므로생산라인에서의베어링캡결합에소요되는시간이증가하는문제점이발생하고있었다. 따라서, 상기문제점을해결하기위한본 발명은베어링캡과실린더블럭에형성된볼트홀의중간부분에챔버를형성하고, 볼트홀에삽입되는베어링캡볼트의중간부분에는상기챔버에강제압입되기위한조임결합부를형성하여볼트홀에베어링캡볼트를강제압입하는것으로베어링캡과실린더블럭이견고하게밀착결합되도록하므로서, 별도의압입장비없이도베어링캡을실린더블럭에결합할수 있고, 여러가지모델의베어링캡도동일한방법으로결합할수 있으며, 베어링캡의변형을최소한으로억제할수 있도록한 베어링캡결합구조에관한것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reverse idle gear assembly is provided to reduce noise due to backlash of the reverse idle gear by absorbing a rotation change of an engine without transmitting noise to a gear. CONSTITUTION: A reverse idle gear assembly includes a damping part. The damping part has a friction spring(26) and a mass damper(24). The damping part is mounted at a low RPM area of a side of a reverse idle gear(10) to prevent noise due to backlash of gears. The friction spring is inserted into a space between the reverse idle gear and a reverse idle gear shaft and generates friction force of a predetermined amount between the reverse idle gear and the reverse idle gear shaft. The mass damper is connected with the friction spring and releases friction force of the friction spring using rotation inertia at the time of high RPM.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Shift fork structure for a manual transmission is provided to prevent shift failure, and to extend the life span of the part by contacting both arms to the sleeve evenly with adjusting the thickness in shifting. CONSTITUTION: A shift fork for a manual transmission comprises a long arm portion(24a) and a short arm portion(24b), and applies operational force to a sleeve of a synchronized shifting mechanism in shifting. The thickness of the long arm portion is set to be more than the thickness of the short arm portion. Uneven wear is prevented by restricting uneven contact between the sleeve and the shift fork in shifting. Shifting quality is improved by contacting a clutch gear, a synchronizer ring and the sleeve actively with applying operational force when the long arm and the short arm are contacted to the sleeve simultaneously.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A mechanical oil seal for crankshaft is provided to prevent the excessive wear of lip part due to the deficiency of oil during the early stage of engine start, by feeding the oil remaining in the seal part to the lip part. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical oil seal(3) comprises a square C-shaped rubber seal body(4); a lip part(5) formed integrally with the rubber seal body; a spring(6) for pressing the lip part to the surface of a crankshaft; and a reinforcing iron core(7) for maintaining shape of the rubber seal body and increasing strength. The lip part of the mechanical oil seal has a first helix convex-concave(8) and a second helix convex-concave(9) formed all over the circumference of both boundary surfaces of the lip part. The oil remaining in an oil area(10) is pumped toward a leading edge contact surface(12) of the lip part along the second convex-concave during the early stage of engine start, to thereby prevent wear of the lip part. The oil passed through the lip part and leaked to an air area(11) is guided toward the leading edge contact surface along the first convex-concave when the engine is warmed up, to thereby prevent oil leakage.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A crankshaft lubricator is provided to prevent a lip portion from being worn away by supplying oil to the lip portion of a crankshaft by forming an additional oil feed line on the crankshaft, a bearing cap, and a crank case. CONSTITUTION: A crankshaft lubricator includes: an oil feed hole(7) connected to the outside of a crankshaft(2) through a bearing cap(4) and a bearing to supply the oil pumped from an oil pump to the crankshaft; a flow groove(8) formed outside the crankshaft to flow the oil; and an oil jet(11) vertically formed under the bearing cap and having an injection portion toward a lip portion(1) by a bent-up portion. When the oil pump is operated when an engine starts, oil is fed to the flow groove through the oil feed hole. The oil is injected to the lip portion through the oil jet. Thereby, the injected oil reduces the friction between the lip portion and an oil seal(6) even though the crankshaft is rotated.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reverse gear device of an automatic transmission for a vehicle integrates a reverse idle gear and the shaft of the gear, thereby reducing the number of parts thereof and being easily manufactured. CONSTITUTION: If a driver operates the lever of a transmission to reverse a vehicle, a reverse shift lever(8) coupling to the lever is moved, thereby pushing a reverse idle shaft(14) toward a driving gear(10) and a driven gear(12).
