Abstract: 본 발명은 CVVA(continuous variable valve lift actuator)가 적용되는 디젤엔진에서 연소상황과 운전의도에 연동하여 흡/배기 밸브의 리프트(left) 및 타이밍을 가변 제어하여 배기가스의 안정화 및 성능 향상을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명은 운전정보와 배기측 각 부분에서 배기가스의 온도를 검출하고 배기가스에 포함된 NOx의 농도를 검출하여 운전의도와 연소상황을 인식하는 과정, 운전의도와 연소상황을 기 설정된 맵 테이블에 적용하여 흡/배기밸브의 목표 리프트 위치와 타이밍을 결정하는 과정, CVVA를 작동시켜 흡/배기밸브의 리프트 위치 및 타이밍을 제어하는 과정, 연소압력을 측정하여 연소압력에 따라 연료량을 보정하는 과정을 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A control system and method for a continuous variable valve lift actuator of a diesel engine are provided to achieve the stabilization of exhaust gas by continuously varying the lift and timing of an intake/exhaust valve depending on combustion state and driver's intention. CONSTITUTION: A control system for a CVVA(Continuous Variable Valve Lift Actuator) of a diesel engine comprises a driving information detection unit(10), a temperature detection unit(20), a NOx detection unit(30), a combustion pressure measuring unit(40), a valve position detection unit(50), a control unit(60), and an actuator(70). The temperature detection unit detects the temperature of exhaust gas in the fixed position of exhaust side. The NOx detection unit detects the concentration of NOx included in the exhaust gas. The combustion pressure detection unit detects the combustion pressure of a cylinder. The valve position detection unit detects the position of an intake/exhaust valve whose lift and timing varies continuously. The control unit recognizes the driving intention of a driver from the driving information and the combustion state of the engine according to the temperature of the exhaust gas and NOx amount, and continuously varies the position and timing of the intake/exhaust valve based on the target position and timing. The actuator operates the intake/exhaust valve according to the control of the control unit.

Abstract: A coupling structure for preventing instantaneous reverse rotation in a vacuum pump is provided to prevent damage of a vacuum pump without transmission of rotary force in a rotor in case of reverse working in a slot of a rotor by the reverse rotation of an engine. A coupling structure for preventing instantaneous reverse rotation in a vacuum pump comprises a coupling(10), and a rotor(20). The coupling has a rectangular mounting groove(14) at the center, and a reverse rotation prevention groove(16) at one side of a body(12) having the mounting groove. The rotor inserted into the mounting groove of the coupling has a slot(22) toward the one upper/lower direction to be rotated into the reverse rotation prevention groove of the coupling in case of the reverse rotation of an engine in the slot of the rotor. The reverse rotation prevention groove formed on the coupling is formed at any one of the left or right side in the mounting groove.

Abstract: A cylinder head gasket is provided to compensate for the deflections at both ends of a cylinder head when an engine is operated without increasing the strength of a cylinder block. A deflection compensating section for compensating for the deflection of a cylinder head is formed in a cylinder head gasket(100) for a vehicle. The deflection compensating section includes bosses formed at both ends of a middle plate(110) constituting the cylinder head gasket. Since the deflection of the cylinder head is generated at both ends thereof, the bosses are formed at the end of the middle plate of the cylinder head gasket corresponding to both ends of the cylinder head.
