CONSTITUTION: A method for warning a pedestrian using a laser beam includes: a step of detecting existing objects within the detection region of a front sensor (13) at a vehicle (1); a step of generating the moving path vector of the moving object moving in a direction identical to the moving direction of the vehicle among the objects; a step of determining the moving object to be a laser warning candidate and then generating the output angle of the laser beam when the moving path vector of the moving object exists within the error range of a vehicle moving vector; and a step of outputting the laser beam through a laser light based on the generated output angle of the laser beam.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generating warning signals to inform the collision of vehicles are provided to generate warning signals with respect to the collision of the vehicles by comparing the moving paths and the estimated passing timing of the vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating warning signals to inform the collision of vehicles includes a moving path information obtaining unit(11), a speed information obtaining unit(12), a controlling unit(13), and a radiofrequency transmitting and receiving unit(14). The moving path information obtaining unit obtains the moving path information of a corresponding vehicle at an intersection. The speed information obtaining unit obtains the speed information of the corresponding vehicle. The controlling unit calculates the estimated passing timing of the corresponding vehicle at the intersection and compares the estimated passing timing of the corresponding vehicle at the intersection with the moving path information and the estimated passing timing of another vehicle. Based on the comparison result, the collision of the vehicles is informed.
