PURPOSE: A structure of an oil separator is provided to prevent blow-by gas and oil causing environmental pollution from flowing out and improve the quality of a vehicle by collecting gas liquefied in an auxiliary separator in a collecting case, liquefying and collecting the gas not liquefied in the auxiliary separator again, and supplying the collected liquefied gas to an oil pan again in stopping an engine. CONSTITUTION: In an oil separator comprising a main separator(1) for separating the oil from blow-by gas and an auxiliary separator(3) for liquefying and discharging a small quantity of oil and the blow-by gas passing through the main separator, a structure of the oil separator is composed of a collecting case(11) connected and installed to the output unit of the auxiliary separator to receive the liquefied gas, the non-liquefied blow-by gas, and the oil from the auxiliary separator; a wire mesh(12) installed in the collecting case to liquefy the gaseous blow-by gas and oil; a discharge pipe(14) protruded at the constant length under the collecting case to store the liquefied blow-by gas and oil and composed of a lower opening unit facing an oil pan; and a negative crank case valve(15) disposed to the discharge pipe, closed by constant pressure applied on the oil pan in driving the engine and automatically opened in releasing the constant pressure applied on the oil pan with stopping the engine to the liquid blow-by gas and oil collected in the collecting case to the oil pan.

PURPOSE: An auxiliary oil separator is provided to reduce air pollution by minimizing the amount of blowby gas emitted from the automobile. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary oil separator comprises a housing(11) having a gas inlet port(12) and a gas outlet port(13) formed at the outer top and bottom of the housing, wherein the housing is connected to a breather line(30) which is equipped with an oil separator(20); a rotary grate(14) fixed in the center of the housing, and which liquefies and primarily separates the engine oil from the blowby gas introduced in the housing; a plate(15) mounted in the inner lower portion of the housing, and which has a plurality of holes; and a mesh(16) arranged at the lower end of the plate, and which secondarily separates the engine oil.

PURPOSE: A governor structure is provided to prevent damage of engine components and accidents caused due to the engine overrun. CONSTITUTION: A governor comprises a fly weight(20) operating in accordance with the rotating RPM; a slider(13) which moves along the rotation of the fly weight and pushes a sleeve; a pin(25) for fixing position of the slider; and a stopper(30) inserted into a shaft hole(13a) of the slider and formed integrally with the fly weight in such a manner that the outer surface of the slider is inserted into the stopper so as to maintain operating stroke of the slider even when the outer surface of the pin is worn out. The stopper has an oil hole(32) formed at the inner surface of the stopper.

PURPOSE: A noise reducing structure for an injection pump is provided to prevent noise generated in the injection pump from being transferred to the exterior by attaching a noiseproof cover on the outside of the injection pump. CONSTITUTION: A noiseproof cover(70) is attached on the outside of an injection pump(50) so as to prevent noise generated in the injection pump(50) from being transferred to the exterior. The noiseproof cover(70) includes an outer cover(71) and an insulator(72) formed at an inner portion of the outer cover(71). The insulator(72) is made of EDPM. A coupling portion(73) is formed at a predetermined portion of the outer cover(71) so as to couple the noiseproof cover(70) to the injection pump(50). The coupling portion(73) is made of rubber. A bolt hole(51) is formed at the injection pump(50) to attach the noiseproof cover(70).

본발명은스로틀밸브결빙방지장치, 이를포함하는스로틀밸브결빙방지용 EGR 시스템및 그작동방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따르면, EGR 가스로부터빙결된얼음이흡기라인으로유입되는것을방지하여, 스로틀밸브의결빙을방지할수 있다. 또한, EGR 가스의흐름을방해하지않도록, 빙결된얼음을별도의챔버에할 수있다. 또한, 빙결된얼음이일정수준이상포집된경우에는외부로배출하여, 연소실내부로수분이유입되는것을방지할수 있다.

본 발명의 오일압 연동 유로를 갖춘 오일필터에는 바이패스 필터(20)에서 나온 오일을 오일 팬으로 복귀시켜주는 오일팬 리턴유로(40)가 오일 홀(50-1)을 갖는 가변 밸브(50)와 함께 구성되고, 상기 오일 홀(50-1)의 직경이 바이패스 필터(20)의 내부 압력 증가에 맞춰 초기 직경 대비 약 10배 이상으로 확장됨으로써 급격한 오일압 증가를 가져오는 급가속시에서도 바이패스 필터(20)의 오일압이 항상 적정 오일 압으로 유지되고, 특히 바이패스 필터(20)의 적정 오일 압 유지가 오일팬 리턴유로(20)의 밸브 홀(40-1)의 홀 직경 확장을 통해 이루어지더라도 풀 플로우 필터(10)의 적정 오일압 저하는 방지됨으로써 매인갤러리의 오일 압에도 악 영향을 끼치지 않는 특징을 갖는다.

A damage preventing device of a bypass filter comprises: a concave dispersion groove(44) located in a case(41) outer side of a filtering member(40); a dispersion groove positioned in the place contacting with the direction of a flow channel outlet; and an guide groove(45) of radial shape located along the circumference of the dispersion groove in the case.

A structure of a joining pipe in a vehicle is provided to prevent a plastic pipe from being deformed by disposing a reinforced insert between the plastic pipe and a hose. In a structure of a joining pipe in a vehicle, introduced air through a plastic pipe(11) enters an intercooler(13) clamped to the plastic pipe by a hose(15). Here, a reinforced insert is disposed between the hose and the plastic pipe. The reinforced insert is curled outwardly about 90 degrees. The reinforced insert is preferably made of metal or composite material having strength higher than plastic in order to maintain a predetermined strength. The reinforced insert may be inserted into an outer side of the plastic pipe or may be inserted into the plastic pipe during the manufacturing period of the plastic pipe. In a case of inserting the reinforced pipe into the plastic pipe, firstly the reinforced insert is manufactured and disposed in a mold and molten material is poured into the mold. An introducing pipe(19) of the intercooler is made of aluminum, and the hose connecting the introducing pipe with the pipe is made of a flexible material.
