    Abstract: Disclosed is a shift lever which includes: a knob of a vehicle transmission; a supporting unit which is prepared below the knob and has a vertically penetrated installation space at the inside; a rod which is prepared in the installation space of the supporting unit and moved vertically, and where a slope with a predetermined angle is formed at one side of the top and multiple hooking grooves are vertically and consecutively formed at the other side of the top; a hooking protrusion which is formed to protrude from the inner side of the installation space of the supporting unit at a position corresponding to the hooking grooves, and selectively hooked onto the hooking grooves when the rod is moved vertically, thereby providing stepped feeling in gear shifting; an elastic part which is installed at the bottom of the rod and supports the rod in the upper direction; and a button which is prepared at one side of the knob, and wherein one end is extended to the inside of the knob and pressed to the slope of the rod top, and the other end is exposed to the outside of the knob and formed to enable pressing operations, thereby lowering the rod when the button is pressed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A pedal effort adjusting device of an accelerator pedal is provided to commonly use an accelerator pedal and to satisfy safety regulations with respect to pedal efforts by properly and simply adjusting the pedal effort of the accelerator pedal without replacing components. CONSTITUTION: A pedal effort adjusting device of an accelerator pedal comprises a base bracket(20), a spring(30), and a control unit(40). The base bracket is inserted into a pedal arm housing(11) through the opened bottom surface of the pedal arm housing. The base bracket is integrated with one end of a pedal arm(12) and the pedal arm housing by the medium of a bearing(15). Both ends of the spring are supported to the pedal arm and base bracket. The control unit is equipped in the base bracket to adjust the length of the spring by adjusting the gap between the pedal arm and the base bracket.
