Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic headrest is provided to facilitate attachment and detachment to a seat frame for securing rear view, thereby promoting safe driving. CONSTITUTION: An automatic headrest includes a locking groove, a lift slider, a locking piece, and a release bracket. The locking groove is formed on the bottom of a headrest pole(100). The lift slider(200) is mounted to ascend and descend on a seat frame, and has a mounting groove in which the bottom of the headrest pole is inserted. The locking piece is installed on the mounting groove to hang on the locking groove when the headrest pole is inserted in the mounting groove. The release bracket(400) is fixed to the seat frame and penetrated by the headrest pole.
