    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a rolled sheet capable of reducing a thickness unevenness of a sheet and upgrading a rolled raw fabric shape. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the rolled sheet comprises a mechanical regulating mechanism 25 for regulating a gap of lips 12, a temperature regulating mechanism 27 for regulating a temperature of a molten resin at the distal end of the lip, a thickness meter 10 for measuring the thickness of the sheet after stretching, and a shape measuring or arithmetic means 11 for measuring the outer diameter of a raw fabric shape. The mechanism 25 controls to eliminate a sheet thickness unevenness and a deviation from its target value based on information of the meter. The mechanism 27 controls to eliminate a raw fabric shape deviation and a deviation from its target value based on information of the means 11. The method for manufacturing the rolled sheet comprises the steps of controlling until the sheet thickness unevenness becomes within its target value by the mechanism 25 from the start of manufacturing the sheet, and switching to the raw fabric shape deviation control by the temperature control mechanism 27 after the sheet thickness unevenness becomes within the target value.
