    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover the vapor of liquid agent without lowering ventilation efficiency due to the freezing of water on a cooling member by setting the surface temperature of a cooling member for the vapor of the liquid agent possessed by a cooling device higher than specified temperature and lower than room temperature. SOLUTION: The cooling device 202 and a liquefying device 203 are provided adjacently in a housing 201 made of a copper plate and functioning also as a channel for the vapor of carrier. The bottom board 213 of the housing 201 is in the shape of almost the bottom of a ship, where a center part is more recessed than a periphery part, and a drain port 219 for the liquefied carrier is provided at the most recessed part, and the liquefied carrier is recovered to a recovery bottle 208 through the drain port 219. The temperature of the vapor of the carrier at the entrance of a carrier solvent recovering device 200 is 45 deg.C, and is lowered by the cooling device 202 to about 5 to 10 deg.C. By cooling the vapor of the carrier becomes saturated vapor and the solvent of the carrier equal to or above the saturation amount is condensed and atomized to be a drop. In such a case, the temperature of a cooling fin is set to 0 to 50 deg.C and moisture in the vapor of the carrier is not freezed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently design a feeding block by not laminating a front layer of a multilayer film up to a film end but surely laminating on a product by using an extruder of the multilayer film in combination with a single layer mouthpiece and the block. SOLUTION: The extruder of the multilayer film forms the multilayer by combining a melt polymer flow for a core layer and a melt polymer flow for the front layer, and extruding from a mouthpiece slit outlet. In this case, the front layer of the multilayer is not laminated up to the film end but surely laminated on the product by specifying a sectional shape of a polymer channel in a polymer combining unit of the block.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stablely and efficiently recover large and small mist over a long period by recovering one part of the liquid shaped mist generated in an electrophotographic device with a mist generator and recovering the residual mist with liquid absorbing filter. SOLUTION: A blower 7 is attached to a device and the generated liquid shaped mist is sucked into a duct 2 from an air intake 1. For example, one made by bending a wire net is used as a mist separator 4. Since the force of inertia of the mist having a large grain diameter becomes especially large when the flow velocity is large, the mist can not evaide the wire net to be collided with the net and the collided mist is liquefied and flocculated to be recovered. Besides, the mist having a small grain diameter passes through the net. Mainly, the mist having a small grain diameter which is not recovered with the mist separator 4 gathers at the bottom part of the separator. Then, the collected mist is recovered by the liquid absorbing filter 5 of a lubricated filter having its cross section of flow path covered with texitiles such as texitile of nonwoven fabric, knitted fabric, etc., after dispersing lubricated polymer in foamed body, e.g. of continuous cell on closed cell.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for a molten resin which inhibits the residence of a gas which becomes a cause for a flaw of resin moldings, and to provide a method for manufacturing the resin moldings using the filter. SOLUTION: In the filter for the molten resin, a filtered molten resin flowing out of a leaf disc filter is introduced into an outer polymer flow path between an outer pipe and an inner pipe of a double tubular body which is mounted inside the leaf disc filter and has a inner polymer flow path formed inside the inner pipe. Next, a part or the entirety of the molten resin is allowed to flow into the inner polymer flow path, and the gas present in a region where the outer polymer flow path communicates with the inner polymer flow path is evacuated from the outlet of the filter by the fluidization of the polymer.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoide deterioration in printing quality and to enable an excellent transfer in a wider paper range, by changing process conditions in accordance with the surface 10-points average roughness of a recording material. SOLUTION: At the time of transferring a toner image to the recording material 6 from a photoreceptor 2, on which the toner image is formed with a liqiud developer being made so that toner grains are dispersed in a liquid carrier, the process conditions are changed according to the surface 10-points average roughness Rz of the recording material 6. The recording material 6 whose smoothenss is high is in a state where the gap between the surfaces of the photoreceptor and the recording material is filled with the liqiud carrier (a), but in the recording material 6 whose smoothness is low, the gap remains without being filled with the liquid carrier, to prevent the electrophoresis of the toner grains (b). In such a case, squeeze gaps of each color or the rotational speed of a squeeze roller is varied according to the surface 10-piece average roughness Rz of the recording material 6. In a mat system coating sheet for instance, the squeezing gap is widened or the circumferential speed of the squeezing roller is reduced to make the amount of the liquid carrier on the photoreceptor large.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of maintaining the excellent printing quality over a long period and easily performing multiple transfer by composing at least a part of the surface part of a transfer drum of an elastic body. SOLUTION: The transfer drum 3 is formed into cylindrical shape consisting of a conductive pipe stock made of aluminum, etc. The surface layer thereof is composed of the elastic body 1 consisting of a high polymer material. Moreover, spacers 5 are fitted over whole periphery on the several vicinity on either end in the shaft direction of the transfer drum 3. Since the surface of the spacer 5 is held in butting to the surface of a photoreceptor as the image carrier, respective shaft of the photoreceptor and the transfer drum 3 is made possible to maintain the parallel positional relation. As a result, a distribution in the transfer drum shaft direction of the maximum deformation amount of the elastic body in the nip section becomes uniform. Furthermore, the elastic body 1 is fixed by a screw on the transfer drum 3 surface in a state of being affixed to an aluminum sheet as the elastic body mounting sheet 23. Therefore, the elastic body can be replaced before deterioration of the elastic body 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To form a toner image having high relative resolution and smooth multilevel reproducibility force without generating moire by developing continuous multilevel images with liquid developer by using a frequency modulation screening method when the image is threshold processed. CONSTITUTION: An electrophotographic printer 1 is provided with a latent image forming means 10, a developing means 20, an intermediate transfer medium 30, a cleaning means 40, a transfer/fixation means 50, a charger 60 before transfer, an auxiliary squeeze means 70, a mist correcting device 80 and the image thresholding means of continuous multilevel images. The latent image forming means 10 is irradiated with the light for exposure from an exposure means. Continuous multi-level image data is converted into binary image data by a frequency modulation screening method, a latent image is formed on a latent carrier medium based on the converted binarized image data, the formed latent image is developed with liquid developer and a toner image is formed.
