Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent axis movement of a winding core togetherwith a winding core chuck in a state that the winding core is hooked to the chuck during pull off of the chuck and to prevent displacement of a sheetform substance by a method wherein a core press means adapted to press the both end surface of the winding chuck is mounted to a winding arm. CONSTITUTION:A sheetform substance is wound around a winding core 10, and when winding of a given winding amount is completed, rotation of a winding chuck 11 is stopped. A so wound sheetform substance in roll is transferred from a winding arm 12, and is received by a truck to convey the sheetform substance to a subsequent process. A core press 40 is actuated so that the core press 40 pushes each of the end surfaces of the winding core 10, and effects regulation so that the winding core 10 and the wound sheetform substance in roll are prevented from movement in the direction of the axis of the winding core. As a result, since, when the winding core chuck 11 is pulled off from the winding core 10, a force in the direction of the axis of the winding core is generated, the wining core 10 and the sheetform substance wound therearound are not moved in the direction of the axis of the winding core through the action of the core press 40, and the sheetform is prevented from being displaced on a truck.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the response of the tension of a film and to perform measurement with high accuracy, by operating a film tension signal from the signal of the pressure in a pneumatic box detected by a pressure detector and the signal of the film position detected by a position detector. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 during running is supported by two guide rolls 2, 3 arranged at a predetermined interval and a pneumatic box 4 is arranged so as to allow the opening part side walls thereof to respectively approach both peripheral surfaces of two guide rolls 2, 3 and both ends of the film 1' between the rolls 2, 3. A suction blower 5 making the pressure in the pneumatic box 4 negative is connected to the pneumatic box 4. The pressure in the pneumatic box 4 is detected by a pressure detector 8 and the position of the film 1 displaced by the negative pressure due to the suction blower 5 is detected by a position detector 7. Both signals of the pressure detector 8 and the position detector 7 are inputted to an operational processing means 9 to perform operation to obtain a film tension signal.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure such a roll of a sheetlike work that is stable in the desired hardness, by detecting the ratio of an actual value to an apparent value in winding, while the sheet work while adding a proper extent of compensation to winding tension, surface pressure and/or both in a direction where the value is congruous with the preset value. CONSTITUTION:A value M1 proportionate to a winding apparent value is calculated from a winding core diameter D0 out of a winding core diametral data setter (b) and a winding diameter D out of a winding diametral operational part (a) at an apparent value operational part (c), while a value M0 proportionate to an actual value in winding is calculated by a winding actual value operational part (e) from an output pulse PL of a measuring instrument PGL and thickness data S out of a data setter (d). Next, from these values M1 and M0 the ratio AD of the apparent value to a substantial value in winding is calculated by an AD operational part (f). A desired AD value SAD corresponding to the winding diameter is compared with the ratio AD, and the deviation signal DELTAAD is inputted into a compensation signal generating part (h), and according to the data S and the signal >=AD, a compensation signal is generated at a proper extent in a direction where both values AD and SAD are congrous with each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To rationalize a winding operation in a winder for winding a sheetlike article, such as a film, by providing the winder with vaporizing means for vaporizing an adhesive assistant for intensifying the adhesion between the surfaces of a winding core tube and the margin of the sheetlike article to be wound by the core tube, a feed path of the adhesive assistant and adhering means. CONSTITUTION:A winder for winding a sheetlike article comprises the margin of a sheetlike article 2, vaporizing means 10 for vaporizing an adhesive assistant for intensifying the adhesion between the surfaces of said margin and a winding core tube 3, a feed path 14 for feeding the adhesive assistant vaporized by the vaporizing means 10 to a winding position where the article 10 is wound and adhering means 7 for feeding the adhesive assistant fed through the feed path 14 to the surface of the winding core tube 3 and effectively adhering the adhesive assistant to the surface of the winding core tube 3. The adhering means 7 comprise a static pressure chamber, a vapor feed tube for introducing the adhesive assistant to the surface of the winding core tube 3 and a discharge tube for forming a flow in a given direction within the vapor feed tube.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize the configuration of a cheese-shaped package and improve the yarn quality by winding a package so that it has a bulge in the longitudinal center and the top of said bulge is located within 0.5mm. from the straight line tying the top portions at both ends. CONSTITUTION:The traverse scroll cam is formed so that the vicinity of the winding width direction center 6 of the cam chart forms a gentle curve ABC and the lead angle D is smaller than the lead angle E of the conventional linear uniform rate portion. Therefor, the travel speed of the traverse guide in the central portion becomes slower than the conventional speed, and during winding up, the contact pressure roller and the package are brought into contact with each other at three portions, both ends and the central portion. A package 3 wound up under said conditions has bulges at both longitudinal end portions 5 and 5' and the central portion 4 (its top is located within 0.5mm. radially inward from the straight line tying the tops at both ends). Thereby, the surface pressure of the package 3 can be uniformed, so that the configuration is stabilized and the yarn quality can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the initial thread drawing out in the succeeding process by installing a thread reeling-in guide at the position where it does not cross a thread stripe wound on the winding side immediately after the thread is changed over and at the position where it crosses the winding thread stripe formed by the rotation of a turret lathe. CONSTITUTION:When the thread reeling-in guide 14 moves left, the thread stripe 2 which passes through the traverse fulcrum guide 1, touches the empty bobbin 8, and is wound through the guide 15 moves on the groove 17 of the bobbin 8. Since it is held, it is wound by the cut-off bobbin 8 between its holding section and the winding thread of the bobbin. When the thread is changed over like this, the thread stripe 2 automatically is removed from the thread reeling-in guide 14. Accordingly, no winding mass is formed on the groove 17. It immediately is guided into the screwed groove 18 of the touch roller 4 and forms the prescribed tail, then it starts being rewound. Thus, thread reeling-in guide 14 returns before winding diameter increases.
