Abstract:
Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] Even if a first fabric is lifted up to the vicinity of a head rail, attractiveness of a second fabric is not lost and the production steps of the second fabric are not increased. [MEANS OF SOLVING PROBLEMS] The upper ends of the first and second fabrics (11, 12) are respectively attached to the head rail (16), and first and second elevating/lowering cords (21, 22) suspended from the head rail so as to be able to rise and fall are connected to the first and second fabrics respectively. The first elevating/lowering cord (21) is dispose behind the first fabric (11), and the second elevating/lowering cord (22) goes beyond the upper end of the second fabric (12) to be disposed behind the second fabric (12). An extension member (17) is allowed to project along the lower rear edge of the head rail and downward from it, and the upper end of the second fabric is attached to the front face of the extension member. Further, when viewed from the front of the second fabric, a non-attaching portion (18) where the upper end of the second fabric is not attached to the front face of the extension member is provided over a specified width including the suspended portion of the second elevating/lowering cord, and the second elevating/lowering cord suspended from the head rail goes through the non-attaching portion to extend from the front side to the rear side of the second fabric. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
Abstract:
A support system for supporting a drape or covering over an architectural opening. The support system includes a guide structure, a carrier operably connected to the guide structure and a drape operably connected to the carrier. The carrier is operably connected to the guide structure and includes a roller that is configured to move the carrier laterally along the guide structure. The drape is operably connected to the carrier, such that as the carrier moves along the guide structure the drape moves as well.
Abstract:
A window treatment is disclosed. The window treatment includes a panel having a front portion, a rear portion, a top edge and a bottom edge. A plurality of guides extends from the rear portion of the panel. The guides are configured and arranged to allow a lifting mechanism to slide therethrough. The guides may further include a clip portion configured and arranged to attached to a window treatment and a guide portion extending from the clip portion that is configured and arranged to slidably receive an edge of a lifting mechanism therein.
Abstract:
The multiple curtain track system comprises a plurality of side-by-side positioned curtain tracks. The curtain tracks comprise a carrier guidance for guiding at least one curtain carrier. The multiple curtain track system according to the invention is characterized in that two adjacent curtain tracks are provided with a pair of complementary connector organs for a slidable connection of the adjacent curtain tracks relative to each other. At least one of the curtain tracks comprises a side wall which is provided with a connector organ. After connecting the curtain tracks to each other, the curtain tracks are movable along each other in a longitudinal direction of the curtain tracks. During bending the curtain tracks slide along each other. This prevents the track system from non admissible high shear stresses during the bending operation and therefore reduces the risk on non admissible deformations or damages during bending.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A retractable covering for architectural openings having collapsible vanes includes a head rail and support structure in the form of a sheet of material, monofilaments, tapes, ribbons, cords, or the like, supporting an upper edge of a plurality of vertically spaced, horizontally extending vanes with the lower edges of the vanes being connected to operating elements adapted to raise the lower edges of each vane toward the upper edges to define openings or gaps between the vanes through which vision and light can pass in an open condition of the covering. The support structure, vanes and operating elements are adapted to be wrapped around a roller in the head rail in a retracted position of the covering and unwrapped in an extended position. An inhibitor system is incorporated into the covering to permit automatic opening of the vanes when the support structure, vanes and operating elements reach an extended position.

Abstract:
A retractable cellular shade is illustrated in various embodiments to consist of a support structure that could assume numerous forms including cellular material, flexible sheets of material, tapes or ribbons, or flexible monofilaments or similar cords of natural or synthetic fibers with the support structure supporting a plurality of vanes or slats in various configurations and orientations. The movement of the vanes or slats is totally dependent upon movement of the support structure. The fabric so formed can be incorporated into a covering for architectural openings with the covering including a headrail with means for gathering the fabric material within the headrail.
Abstract:
A space division system (100) is disclosed, with the space division system (100) incorporating technology. The space division system (100) is disclosed as having a space divider (102) vertically suspended from a rail system (104).
