An enucleation system of oocyte or ovum based on microfluid mechanics and an enucleation method of oocyte or ovum using the same are provided to perform single cells manipulation and to perform automatically and efficiently the enucleation of oocyte or ovum and to ensure high convenience and effectiveness of the stem cell and embryology research. An enucleation system of oocyte or ovum comprises oocyte or ovum culture medium and reagent inlet port(1); a microfluid channel part(7); and an envelope incision microfluidic channel part(10) reducing the diameter of an ovum movement microfluidic channel part; an ovum squeeze microfluidic channel part(16); an enucleated oocyte or the ovum vent(50); and a necleus vent(51) separated from oocyte or ovum.

PURPOSE: An siRNA which suppresses BC200 RNA activation and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same for suppressing tumor metastasis are provided to inhibit cancer cell migration and metastasis and to effectively treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: An siRNA which suppresses BC200 RNA(sequence number 1) activation has a base sequence of 5'-GUAACUUCCCUCAAAGCAA-3'(sequence number 2) or 5'- UUGCUUUGAGGGAAGUUAC-3'(sequence number 3). The siRNA additionally contains a dTdT base sequence at the 3'-end of the siRNA. A vector contains a polynucleotide which enables transcription of shRNA. The vector transcribes shRNA in a cell and the transcribed shRNA is converted into siRNA by cleavage using RNase III. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing tumor metastasis contains the vector as an active ingredient. The composition additionally contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. CONSTITUTION: The higher a sound pressure level of a listening area is than other areas except for the listening area, the more first, second, and third control sound signals a control unit outputs by controlling the amplitudes and phases of the first, second, and third sound signals. A first speaker(111) reproduces a sound by receiving the first control sound signal. A second speaker(112) reproduces a sound by receiving the second control sound signal. CONSTITUTION: A handle(200) is connected to a ring(100). A stick(300) strikes a virtual plane. The virtual plane is defined by the circumference of the ring. A storage unit(500) stores a sound source for the musical instrument of a plurality of kinds. According to the relative position relation of the ring, the handle, and the hand of the player, a controller(400) selects one sound source of the musical instrument. An output unit(600) outputs the sound of one musical instrument.
