Abstract: 엔진의 최대 토크 사용 조건에서도 운전자의 편의 조건 사용에 영향을 미치지 않는 하이브리드 차량의 토크 제어 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 토크 제어 방법은 흡기매니폴드의 부압을 모니터링하여 제어로직으로의 진입여부를 결정하는 단계, 제어로직에 진입하면 에어컨 토크와 모터 발전 토크의 합을 설정값으로 제한하는 단계, 및 상기 제한된 설정값의 크기에 대응하도록 RPM을 보상하는 단계를 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A leakage control roof is provided to prevent the stagnant water of a roof side rail from inflowing into the inside of a vehicle, and to increase the worth of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A leakage control roof is composed of a roof panel(100) of which both ends bent double-perpendicular and formed with a roof panel integrated area(110) in one end. A roof side outer panel integrated area(210) is joined with the bottom face of the roof panel integrated area in one end of the roof panel. A roof side outer panel(200) of which in the middle is folded with multi-stages and forms a stagnant unit(220) under the roof side outer panel integrated area. A roof side inner panel integrated area(310) is conjugated with the roof side outer panel integrated area in one side of the roof side outer panel, and a roof side inner panel is joined with the roof side outer panel. The roof panel integrated area, the roof side outer panel integrated area and the roof side inner panel integrated area are connected in a single body, and are formed with coated elastic sealer(400). To weld the roof panel, the roof side outer panel and the roof side inner panel inside vehicle prevents the deformation of weld zone. The weld zone is located higher than the stagnant unit of the roof side rail, and is sealed in both ends.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A joining structure of a floor panel and a side frame for a vehicle is provided to improve a mutual bonding strength and easily install components by using a transformed space of the floor panel. CONSTITUTION: In a joining structure of a floor panel(10) and a side frame(20) for a vehicle, the floor panel is composed a housing part(12) in which a component(E) as a wire harness is arranged or kept, an expansion unit(22) for supporting the housing part of the floor panel, flanges(24) welded to the floor panel and integrally bent at both ends of the expansion unit, a joining flange(32) disposed at the upside of a reinforcement(30) which is integrally attached to the side frame and welded together with the housing part of the floor panel and the expansion unit of the side frame therebetween, and a sill side trim(40) mounted at the upside of the floor panel to shield or fix-hold the components arranged in the housing part.
