본 발명은 신규한 유기 전계 발광 화합물 및 이를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 유기 전계 발광 화합물은 발광층 또는 정공 수송층에 사용될 수 있고, 발광 특성이 우수하여, 전류 특성이 개선된 유기 전계 발광 소자를 제조할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a new organic electroluminescent compound and an organic electroluminescent device including the same. The organic electroluminescent compound according to the present invention is capable of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode (OLED) having enhanced current efficiency and lamp efficiency. An objective of the present invention is to provide an organic electroluminescent compound having better current efficiency and lamp efficiency compared to a traditional material while being included to more than one among a luminous layer and a positive hole transmission layer, to provide an organic electroluminescent device.

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence compound is provided to have excellent light-emitting efficiency, material lifetime, and moderate color coordination and to prevent crystallization by having high electron transport efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of L1 and L2 is a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted (C2-30)heteroarylene, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)arylene, or a substituted or unsubstituted (C3-30)cycloalkylene, each of X1 and X2 is CH or N, each of Y1 and Y2 is -O-, -S-, -CR5R6- or -NR7-, Y2 and Y3 cannot exist at the same time, and each of Ar is hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, a substituted or unsubstituted (C1-30)alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted(C6-30)aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted (C2-30)heteroaryl.

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound and organic electro luminescence device which adopts thereof are provided to enhance luminous efficiency, lifetime of material, and driving durability of the device. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more layer of organic layers between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer comprises one or more organic luminescent compounds and one or more phosphorescent dopants. The organic layer comprises one or more of amine based compound which is selected from arylamine-based compound or styrylarylamine based compound, one or more metals or complex composites selected from family1 and 2, period 4 and 5 transition metals, lanthanum based metals, organic metal of the d- transition metals, or amine based compound and metals or complex composites.
