Abstract: The power supply provides power to a bit line free charger and a back bias oscillator independant to an external power supply to peak current at sensing operation. The power supply comprises a differential amplifiers (21,22) for comparing reference voltage with output feedback voltage, a supply (23) for supplying power to the bit line free charge (4) and the feeding output voltage back to the supply. The bit line free charger sends 1/2 Vcc to bit lines.
