Abstract: 표시특성 및 제품의 수율를 향상시킬 수 있는 칼라필터패널, 이를 갖는 표시패널 및 그 장치, 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 칼라필터패널은 스위치 패널과 결합하여 표시패널을 구성하고, 칼라필터패널은 제1 광을 발생하는 광 발생부와 인접한다. 칼라필터패널은 제1 기판 상에 반사부재, 칼라필터층, 편광층을 구비한다. 상기와 같은 칼라필터패널은 표시패널 내부에 편광층을 구비함으로써 1/4파장 위상차판을 더 형성할 필요가 없다. 또한, 칼라필터층이 반사부재 바로 상부에 또는 반사부재와 인접해서 존재하므로 반사부재로 입사되는 빛과 반사부재에서 반사되는 빛의 색 정보가 동일하고 그 결과 색의 혼색을 방지할 수 있어 표시장치의 화질을 개선할 수 있다. 게다가, 반사부재를 내부에 형성함으로써, 제품의 수율 또한 향상시킬 수 있다.
