Abstract: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and a method of manufacturing the LCD panel are provided to form a transparent conductive layer on a color filter substrate after the color filter substrate is bonded to a thin film transistor substrate to prevent generation of defects caused by static electricity. An LCD panel includes a thin film transistor substrate(40) on which a thin film transistor array, a common electrode(145) and pixel electrodes(140) are formed, a color filter substrate(100) having a color filter array(130) and a transparent conductive layer(150), and a liquid crystal layer(30) interposed between the thin film transistor substrate and the color filter substrate. The color filter array is formed on one side of the color filter substrate and the transparent conductive layer is formed on the other side of the color filter substrate. The transparent conductive layer is formed of a polymer.

Abstract: A protective film for a polarizing plate and the polarizing plate having the same are provided to equally contact the protective film to the polarizing plate by forming an adhesive layer of gel polymer as a gel polymer material with self adhesion property, thereby restricting the inflow of air and preventing stains from being formed on the surface of the polarizing plate. A protective film for a polarizing plate is composed of a base film(110) containing PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) and an adhesive layer(120) formed on the base film and made of gel polymer with self adhesion property, wherein the adhesive layer contains olefin elastomer. The polarizing plate comprises a polarizer; first and second support layers formed at the upper and lower sides of the polarizer; and the protective film formed on the first or second support layer.
