    Abstract: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and a method of manufacturing the LCD panel are provided to form a transparent conductive layer on a color filter substrate after the color filter substrate is bonded to a thin film transistor substrate to prevent generation of defects caused by static electricity. An LCD panel includes a thin film transistor substrate(40) on which a thin film transistor array, a common electrode(145) and pixel electrodes(140) are formed, a color filter substrate(100) having a color filter array(130) and a transparent conductive layer(150), and a liquid crystal layer(30) interposed between the thin film transistor substrate and the color filter substrate. The color filter array is formed on one side of the color filter substrate and the transparent conductive layer is formed on the other side of the color filter substrate. The transparent conductive layer is formed of a polymer.
