Abstract: PURPOSE: A hanging plant learning sign prevents damage to the stem or the branch of plants even if the hanging plant learning sign has been installed for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A hanging plant learning sign includes a signboard (10), a hanger, and a shielding member (50). The signboard displays first plant information or second plant information. The hanger combines the signboard at the upper end and fixes plants. The shielding member is combined with the signboard, exposes the first plant information, hides or exposes second plant information, and includes a hinge part (51), a shielding board (53), and a lever part (55). The hinge part is combined with the upper end of the signboard. The shielding board is extended from the hinge part to hide the second plant information. The lever part is extended to the direction different from the shielding board based on the hinge part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generation device having a wind power generation function is provided to increase power amount by using multi-stage solar plates. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(111) is formed in the lower side of a body frame. An outlet(112) is formed in the upper part of the body frame. A solar cell plate(130) produces electricity by using sunlight. A wind power generator(200) produces electricity by using the wind sucked from the inlet. The body frame is a tower shape of multi layers.
