본발명은동백나무추출물을유효성분으로포함하는혈액순환장애성질환의예방또는개선용조성물에관한것이다. 본발명의조성물에서유효성분으로포함되는동백나무추출물은종래의천연혈관이완제인은행잎추출물에비하여약 9 내지 50배이상향상된혈관이완효과를나타내므로, 혈액순환장애성질환의예방또는개선하기위한화장료및 약제학적조성물에적용할수 있다.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Ficus nipponica-added film which adds powdered Ficus nipponica in a polyethylene resin melt by a heater and heats with the heater so as to manufacture a film, thereby allowing the film to have anti-bacterial effects due to anti-bacterial effects in the Ficus nipponica which is a natural component and properties for inhibiting oxygen permeability. Therefore, when the film is used as packing materials for fresh food, anti-bacterial effects can be obtained to inhibit microorganisms produced in the fresh food and the freshness of the fresh food is highly maintained, thereby improving storage of the fresh food and to the Ficus nipponica-added film.

PURPOSE: An antifungal composition is provided to suppress the activity of Malassezia sp. which causes skin disorders and to prevent or treat skin disorders such as dandruff, seborrhoeic dermatitis, folliculitis, tinea versicolor, and atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: An antifungal pharmaceutical composition for preventing Malassezia pachydermatis contains 0.0001- 10 wt% of a Camellia japonica new leaf extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using one or more solvents selected among water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, and chloroform. An antifungal detergent composition for preventing Malassezia pachydermatis contains the extract as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii strains comprises: a step of culturing mycelium of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii in YMG, MYPA, ME, PDA solid medium or GP or GT liquid medium at 20-25 degrees Celsius and pH 5-6; and a step of culturing mycelium of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii in a medium containing 0.1% MgSO_4H_2O, 0.05% of asparagines, 1% of sucrose, rice bran, wheat flour, and corn powder.
