Abstract:
A composition for removing hangover comprising natural plant extracts is provided to increase activity of alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, reduce alcohol concentration and acetaldehyde concentration and remove radicals without side effects. A composition for removing hangover comprises 0.001-10 wt.%, preferably 0.01-5 wt.% of the natural plant extracts including Echinosophora koreensis extract, Chrysanthemum zawadskii extract and Artemisia capillaries extract which are prepared by extracting the natural plants with water or C1-C3 lower alcohol such as methanol or ethanol, or a mixed solvent thereof for 2-4 hours in a weight ratio of 2-5: 2-5: 2-5, wherein the composition is a health food composition.

본 발명은 글리콜 키토산과 헤파린으로 표면이 개질된 약물전달용 생체적합성 고분자 전달체 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 글리콜 키토산과 헤파린으로 표면이 개질된 본 발명의 약물전달용 생체적합성 고분자 전달체는, 제조 과정 중에 유기 용매가 사용되지 않으므로 생체 적합성이 우수하며, 글리콜 키토산과 헤파린으로 표면이 개질되어 혈류 내 체류성 및 순환성이 증가된다. 따라서, 상기 약물전달용 생체적합성 고분자 전달체는 생체 내 암조직 등의 표적 부위로 약물을 효율적으로 전달할 수 있으므로, 각종 질병의 치료를 위하여 광범위하게 사용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A novel potassium alkynylaryl trifluoroborate derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure quick and convenient efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A novel potassium alkynylaryl trifluoroborate derivative has a structure of chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the potassium alkynylaryltrifluoroborate derivative comprises a step of reacting potassium haloaryltrifluoroborate derivative of chemical formula 2 with terminal alkyne compound of chemical formula 3 in a solvent under the presence of palladium catalyst and amine base.
