    Abstract: A composition for removing hangover comprising natural plant extracts is provided to increase activity of alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, reduce alcohol concentration and acetaldehyde concentration and remove radicals without side effects. A composition for removing hangover comprises 0.001-10 wt.%, preferably 0.01-5 wt.% of the natural plant extracts including Echinosophora koreensis extract, Chrysanthemum zawadskii extract and Artemisia capillaries extract which are prepared by extracting the natural plants with water or C1-C3 lower alcohol such as methanol or ethanol, or a mixed solvent thereof for 2-4 hours in a weight ratio of 2-5: 2-5: 2-5, wherein the composition is a health food composition.
