Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for determining position terminal are provided to measure a terminal, a BS, and a distance between BSs through one way communication, thereby reducing communication load of a network. CONSTITUTION: A BSs(200b,200c) transfers receiving time information of output signal of mobile terminal after delay of predetermined time to reference BS(200a) through wireless data communication.
